Air Ducts Done Right

Air Ducts Done Right came as a recommendation to us from our realtor after purchasing our first home in the spring. We knew going into the home that the ducts had never been cleaned (it was built in the early 1980’s), so it was a dirty job. Vito, Don, and crew were great! They all worked for over four hours cleaning each and every vent throughout the home as well as our dryer vent. They even found a few problems with some of the ducts left by previous work done on the home and were quick to notify us so we could correct the issue. Vito was very informative and explained everything done before starting and finishing the job so we knew exactly what was going on. The whole crew was courteous and swept up to make sure no debris was left behind. Highly recommended!

I looked around at several places before deciding on Air Ducts Done Right for total air duct/​ventilation, dryer vent cleaning. When I called, I spoke to Dianna and she was most helpful in explaining the various options, features and benefits. She also was incredibly flexible in working with our short time-​frame. We only had a two week window to work with before the birth of our second child.
We live in an old, English Tudor build in the 1930s. The ducts were not cleaned in the past. This was not a quick, simple job. The team that came to the house was courteous and very clean. They took care to protect each room and our flooring. This was a very dirty job, but they were able to leave things as clean as possible. They also found an antique coin from the 1930s and brought it to me immediately.
I would definitely recommend their service to friends and family. We are very satisfied and will continue to use them for routine maintenance.

Our association contracted Air Ducts Done Right to clean the dryer vents in our home. This company took over a month to schedule our appointments and then was completely inflexible in changing any times for us. It was very difficult to work with them, as they wanted to make the trip out as easy for them as possible. After calling and asking to change my time, granted for the SAME day, but either earlier or later, they were completely inflexible in doing so as they said, «Vito is going home to home by the addresses.» I did not see the problem with changing my time, as he would be in my neighborhood anyways. However, it seemed as if I was asking fora discount or something bigger. I would not recommend a company that is unwilling to work with their customers! They certainly do not deserve my business.
