I’d give this 0 stars if I could. I paid for the man to come out and power wash our house. I made our appt with the Shinebright rep. We took down our Christmas lights, prepped our house for his visit and he never showed up. I called and called. When he finally got around to returning my call, he set up another visit for that weekend. We missed the Christmas parade so that we could meet him during the only time he said he had available, and HE DIDN’T SHOW UP. I tried to call him several times, but no answer. HE TOOK OUR MONEY AND DISAPPEARED. I’ve contacted the BBB about him. Thanks for ruining our Christmas parade and stealing our money. Jerk!
