Staff did not treat me in any way associated with«Hospitality». I had a 2 night stay and I had to change rooms for the second night. This was all due to their error and this was the manager’s call. I would never stay in a Sleep Inn again. As a follow-up to the above: I checked out of my room, and later that evening, in to the new room, HOWEVER, housekeeping had not cleaned the new room. I can’t believe the staff would move me to another room and not make sure housekeeping cleaned it! A very nice lady at the front desk on the graveyard shift put me in the multi-room suite.
