Service 1st Federal Credit Union

I have been a member here for about 5 years now and I have been quite satisfied with my choice. Setting up an account was simple and getting a debit card for college wasn’t to difficult either.
This is by far the nicest looking bank in Danville and is the most up to date. Their drive through is very nice and is ran nicely. It’s nice when I walk in there is coffee and tea or water for members. That is a nice touch. The customer service is alright. They don’t try and build relationships with their members and I have had some issues with checks being put into my savings account where I never had issues at my other bank in Danville.
Nice bank appearance wise and overall service is good but could improve. The way the inside is set up is kinda annoying with the line system for waiting but walking in to a greeter and some coffee is a nice touch. Good choice for banking.
