Unfortunately, I see that Sheryl had a horrible experience back in Feb. Today for me was the best reception ever! Both the ladies were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient! I wish I knew their names. I have always been treated respectively and kindly. I definitely recommend this lab.

The receptionist, Heidi (?) was extremely rude and bitchy. So much so I almost got my lab request as left! I mean who wants to get poked with needles by grumpy people!!! The three stars are for the phlebotomist. She was super sweet, respectful and pain free. I will not be back due to the rude reception.
