Jack’s Pizza

Total let down. Jacks used to b the best. Tonight I ordered and they where out of cheesy bread, Strombolies & BBQ wings. Com ‘on! I had a credit on my account because they forget my dipping sauces everytime and they didn’t even show that. Weak! Update !!! 1−17−16 the place is closed for a Christmas party on the 10^th ??? WtF no response from staff? I’m done with this place I WARN !!! anybody to stay away this used to be a great place but is now a joke !

Jack’s is easily my favorite pizza place in the Danville/​Avon/​Brownsburg/​Plainfield area. I grew up eating Jack’s pizza on the east side of Indianapolis, and the pizza is pretty much the same now as I remember it. This location always treats me right. They have a huge delivery area that includes most of Avon. The staff is mostly high school and college aged kids. They’re always friendly on the phone and in the store, and I’ve never had them mess up an order. It can be a little pricey compared to the chain places, but they have coupons, and the pizza is much better.
I’m not sure what the style of pizza is called, but a lot of other places serve a version of it. It’s a fairly thin crust, and they use slices of cheese on top of the toppings instead of shredded cheese. It’s heavy and greasy, but it’s delicious. I happen to really love that style of pizza, and nobody in this area does it better than Jack’s.

The pizza is super greasy. I dab pizza with napkins every time I eat it, but from here I need a whole roll it seems like. The cheese tastes good though compared to bigger chains, and it’s not too expensive.

New owners, new experience! Great pizza, very wide delivery range, even willing to meet somewhere if it’s outside of deliver range. Definitely my first choice from now on.

Well, Long story short. My wife loved eating Jacks Pizza. Not my favorite, but just going with the flow. So we ordered our usual order for delivery. The pizza and sub were fine, but the salad was missing the mozzarella cheese, green olives, mushrooms and above all the salad dressing on the side that she specifically ordered.
Well, seeing that the delivery kid left the door approx 15 seconds ago my wife tried to call Jacks and see if he could turn around and pick up the salad. The young girl who answered the phone told my wife the cheese was underneath the lettuce, and said she was sure it was on it. So after a few seconds exchange my wife finally asked to speak with a manager. When the young girl set the phone down it was still on, she could hear the girl cuss about my wife calling her a liar and she knew the cheese was on the salad. WELL, this didn’t go over very well.
Needless to say, we will no longer order from this location as long as this young girl is employed. Supposedly her name was Madonna.
