So I had every reason to be concerned and call back when I did. I specifically asked if I can speak to someone else because I predicted that when I left a voice mail that no one would get back to me. And no one did. That whole «credit department» which was one person got a message from me on Friday, i stated that I made an accidental payment and left my phone number.
I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they are taking care of it.
They deserve 2 bad reviews– one for the phone person and one for the credit «department» which supposedly consists of one person.
