Living in these apartments has been the worst place I have ever lived! The organization is such a mess. I have lived in these apartments for a while because moving is expensive, they are in a great location and the floor plan in the older units is awesome. BUT the customer service is very poor. There have been so many things I don’t even know where to start and frankly, it is overwhelming. I might expound on this at a later point, but this review would be about 8 pages long. My complaints range from my property being damaged BYTHEOWNER, to their customer service blaming me and calling me too sensitive for complaining about excessive noise next door when they couldn’t control the tenants. Like a previous customer said, I would give this place less than one star if I could. Not to mention they raised my rent by over $ 300 this year! Rent at your own risk and misery.

I am a current resident at Braddock and Logan’s Westcliffe Trail apartment complex. I wish I could give an even lower rating than 1 star on this. Let me say that I have had the WORST customer service experience ever with this company. Less than 6 months ago, I moved into what was billed as «brand new» apartments which are EXPENSIVE… since then here are the issues I have faced from them: –2 week delay in setting up my cable because their contract with Comcast was not set up properly. –6 week delay in activating USPS mail service — had to go to the post office to get my mail for 6 weeks along with many of the other new residents here –Heating not working and had been installed improperly –leak inside my carpeted closet causing mildew from a pipe improperly connected in the apartment above me. I am the first occupant of this apartment. The worst part of this company is not the issues I have experienced which are bad enough, it’s the lack of communication by the management staff. I have escalated my issues to the regional supervisor and even she has not called me back one time when she said she would. I have escalated my issues through 4 levels of staff and not one person has called me back when they said they would, I have now resorted to calling them every day. Still no word. DONOTRENT from them if you expect to have any kind of proper customer service or response time. Also, the maintenance crew who serviced the leak left dirty towels all over and did not put any of belongings back the way they were found, left a fan blowing mildew smell all over my clothes in the closet etc. the issues go on and on.

I am so lucky after I read the tips from other writers here. I almost bought the house from B&L in Positano at Dublin In Jan. I had bad experience with them. Never deal with small builder anymore.

My business provided temp staffing to Village Lake Apartments(a braddock and logan owned property) located in Mountain View, CA back in August/2011 and we still have not been paid for this invoice! Please contact to resolve this invoice or we will be force to take you to small claim courts and/or place a lien on this property. This property does not want to pay its invoices!

Our home is 7&½ years old built by Braddock & Logan. We experienced water leak inside wall. Water can be heard dripping inside the wall and comes through ceiling light fixture on first floor. Here is the response from Braddock & Logan: «your home is well past any applicable warranty. There is a 4 year warranty on plumbing and your home is over 7 ½ years old.» Plumbing inside the wall is only covered for 4 years at Braddock & Logan, instead of 10 years. How could home owners know of such issue when they purchase the home? Be aware!!!
