I’ve been going here for more than a year, and I always leave feeling like I got a great workout! The coaches and the other members are incredibly welcoming of people of all fitness levels. I get bored easily, so I especially appreciate the variety — plyometrics, TRX, kettlebells, traditional weights, partner exercises, agility, relay races. They really mix it up!

I started going to Vantedge Performance back in March of this year. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Dave, a certified CSCS(Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) trainer. He gave me a little tour and told me what they had to offer for Adult Classes. He gave me a week free to try and after that I was hooked. Now, I am a former 2-sport collegiate athlete and CrossFit enthusiast. I love lifting weights and also building my endurance through running/playing sports. But never did I think how much I was damaging myself from doing the repetitious CrossFit training until I literally couldnt do it anymore. My shoulders were beat to crap and I was constantly sore. Which I thought was part of the process but turns out it really isn’t. I’ve learned more about form, technique, mobility, and strength training in the 5-months at Vantedge Performance than I ever did in my 4-years as a collegiate athlete and my 2-years at CrossFit. All of the trainers are CSCS certified and have college degrees in their field. Ive never been yelled at, pushed beyond my limit, or felt intimated by any of the trainers or other members. It’s a great community of people who are there to learn and stay healthy/active. This is the best gym I have ever joined, they really make you feel at home.
