My wife and I were referred to Sonny Romano at Mortgage Network by a friend who felt so strong about her recommendation that she interrupted her family’s Disney World trip to send us a message and his contact info when she heard we might be thinking of buying a house. As it turns out, we are so thankful because it could not have been a better experience. Sonny put us at ease right away, he kept us informed and explained anything we did not understand. He is the perfect combination of very approachable and extremely knowledgeable. Despite the overwhelming quantity of paperwork/​documentation and the stress of waiting for the approval and final «clear to close» (neither of which are the fault of the originator/​processor, of course), the process was very smooth because both Sonny and Katina were excellent at giving clear directions of what they needed from us and returning calls or emails promptly when we had questions. Well it appears that Mortgage Network is looking to resolve an earlier conflict I had with them that was from 2 years ago.
