Maison Esthetique Christiane Bourque Spa

I am wanting a facial right now but it is Sunday. Maybe you’ll have something Tuesday or Wednesday this week. Yeah! I got one for Wednesday. Thank you Maison Esthetique Christiane Bourque Spa. I’ll be dreaming of it the next three nights.

My fiancé just called and let me know he had a nice conversation with one of the co owners and she refunded the cost of my treatment. He said she was lovely and very apologetic. I’m so glad to know that this business handled things responsibly and stood behind their promise to treat their clients well. I am keeping this at a 4 star because I cannot speak to the quality of their work but I am happy to report that they are good people.

Terrible Place, No One Spoke to me the entire time I was here for a 50 Min pedicure. My appointment was at 100 pm and at 1:10 I was finally serviced. My feet were scrubbed to the point the bled. Please see picture attached. Laurie did my pedicure, I do not recommend. After paying for the service I never got a Thank You.

A beautiful spa and very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Laurie for a manicure and pedicure. She really did a thorough, fantastic job. I normally wouldn’t pay that much for manicure & pedicure, but she is totally worth it. My nails never looked so good or lasted for so long. I wished I had known about her for my wedding day.
I also got a facial from Steven. He did a great job as well and you could tell he was very experienced. The only part I didn’t like was the up-​sell at the end and trying to get me to buy facial products. But I understood why and politely said no.
The only thing about the spa I didn’t like was that the lounge area for relaxing in between your appointments (in robe) and the check-​in waiting area are the same room. This is not very relaxing to be waiting in your robe while people are walking in from outside. It should be two totally separate rooms.
