Great service! Got my key duplicated here, the first time I got it done the key was cut a little off. So I went back to have them fix it. They fixed the key I had and they gave me another key just in case that one didn’t work. The new key they gave me worked great! They are so accommodating and helpful! I would highly recommend going here the next time you need any supplies!

Nothing bad to say, service was awesome, products are great, set up is perfect, prices are good. The store workers never miss a beat from the lower to the higher ups, always helpful and never with that fake ‘I am only helping because I have to’ stuff, they genuinely offer help and they will talk to you professionaly when you need it and casually when you want it, they are just real people and its always good to walk in the doors. They do not carry much along the lines of cheap stuff, the crappy cheap not the inexpensive cheap so you buy real stuff not a ‘home depot special’ as I like to refer to those types of crap products.
Just a heads up it is a small lot, frequently used by non Danvers hardware customers so theres a good chance that you might have to park on the street, or on one of the side lots, if you are not from Danvers, the side lots are down some of the side streets, look for some signs with the green writing.

This place is absolutely incredible! I’ve never experienced such stellar service and technical know how that the staff here is known for. Danvers hardware is leagues above home depot Lowe’s etc. They sell only top notch products like stihl, husqvarna, California paints, Benjamin Moore, Milwaukee tools, etc. I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful their staff is and how they go to every extreme necessary to help their customers with whatever hardware and home improvement needs they have. All in all, I will be giving Danvers hardware every bit of business I possibly can. Keep up the good work. You guys are absolutely fantastic!
