Cigar’s R US

So pleased with my experience at Cigar’s R Us. I went here looking to buy a gift and admittedly know nothing about cigars. I figured I should probably get the more expensive ones because I want the recipient to be pleased to get such a fine cigar as a gift. The woman working instead suggested that some of the finest cigars are not necessarily the most expensive ones. She made two recommendations; one a popular cigar worldwide and the other a recent award winner. She assured me that while they may not carry a price tag of $ 30 each, they each are wonderful cigars sure to please. She was right! My gift was very well received and one of the cigars just happened to be the recipient’s favorite type. And wouldn’t you know, it was the least expensive of the two that I purchased. I would certainly go back here for my future cigar needs and highly recommend this place for yours. It is hard not to appreciate a business that is focused more on customer satisfaction than on making an easy extra buck by taking advantage of someone less knowledgeable.

Frank… lol, what a guy. You can get a cigar anywhere but you can’t get a «Frank». About the cigars, I’ll just say that I’m no aficionado but I know what I like and Frank has a really good variety without having to name a dozen of them just to make me sound cool. They’re there.
When Frank’s not busting balls, or getting his busted, by the loyal group of customers sitting on the bench and chairs out front, he’s inside telling customers why they’re «The Best» and threating to give them the «Preferred Customer Discount» by adding 10% onto their bill (for those who need it spelled out, that’s a joke).
Frank’s no stranger to business. He takes care of his regulars in a way you won’t find at other area cigar shops. He is meticulous, almost to a fault, about the quality of his product and the place has an old-​school familiarity goodness to it like you’re back in the old neighborhood for a bit.
It doesn’t hurt that Cigars R Us is surrounded by a top notch ice cream shop, a couple of roast beef/​pizza places, delis/​restaurants, dunkin donuts and collectibles so if you’re hungry, thirsty or need to buy other gifts alongside the cigars, you can get it all done at once…
…AND get your balls busted (its optional… if you’re new, you’ll learn the ropes fast). If you have a thing for aging, overweight, balding men who sit out front smoking stogies while checking out hot trophy wives and fair maidens as they prance through the square, you need to stop by at least once and check it out for yourself.
Great at any time of day. Go down and have a good smoke and a laugh and get your balls busted by some of the best ball busters you’ll ever meet. But, don’t misunderstand. It’s a very professional outlet but if you want the friendly action, that’s where the busting comes in.

Great place small selection but will be open most nights until 11 some nights I have been by past 12 and they are still there smoking cigars and watching TV or chatting. Great place two reasons for the 4 stars there is no smoking room to relax in and the selection is small.
