Last year, we moved into a house with big yet ugly and function-less closets. We decided right away that our first major project would be transforming the master closet into a useful, attractive space. Our original plan was to call a couple of places, have them look over the space, and give us ideas and prices(we’ve never had big closets before and were completely clueless). We started by contacting California Closets and never heard back from them. Next we contacted A Closet Case and someone called us back the next day and Colleen came right out to look at the space(as well as our laundry room and garage to give us ideas of where to go with those spaces in the future). She was incredibly thorough and patient with all of our questions and in spite of the fact that we really had no idea what we wanted she came up with great plans for all three areas. We scheduled a time to meet with Colleen in the showroom to go over the plans and to look at finishes and ended up completely changing everything. Again, she was patient and helpful and spent a lot of time with us and helped us to really maximize our budget. We decide to go ahead and have them do the master closet and the laundry room. Today was our installation and everything went very smoothly and it all looks great. The only thing I think A Closet Case could improve on is communication – we were given an installation estimate and were not called that it would be delayed and then when installation was set up, it would have been helpful if they had called a day before to confirm and give us a time window. Truly, that was a minor issue and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and to recommend them.
