WARNING!!! DONOTBUY! Pissed: Sales associate cohersed me into buying way more than we are estimated to need, after our flooring is installed. I have tried to bring back the excessive amount of flooring and they will not even provide a solution, other than they claim that they don’t have a return agreement with the vender and they would have to pay for shipping. PATHETIC! They are so grimy to just make a profit and not care about they customer loyalty. Now the customer is stuck with 8 boxes of expensive laminated floor and still not T-Molding. 1. They want all funds paid to place order 2. Order took 1 week to arrive and was missing some of my ordered items(T-Moldings) 3. Waited another week and going and still have no T-Molding to finish my renovation project. At this point I will have to go find another matching T-Molding. I’ve refuse to do any further business with this company and its employees.

Although they may be polite and cooperative before the sale, that changes as soon as you are a customer. My installers sat for days with nothing to do because this company failed to have the product ready for pick up as promised. The employees became arrogant and abrasive. I would never order anything from them again. GOELSEWHERE

In a nutshell, my advice is Buyer Beware and do your due diligence beforehand. If you are having them install, make sure you get a written commitment and DONOT pay for everything up front. I don’t think this is a bad company, but based on my experience, I would not use them again, and in hindsight, have not seen any positive reviews. I purchased 1100 sqft of in-stock high-end laminate, and paid to have them install it(Approx. $ 6,000 order). The purchase and delivery process were very good, and they went out of their way to get all the tedious paperwork done for our condo management. The problems started at installation. Given my circumstances, I had to move in by a certain date so they committed to having it done by then(or I would not have moved ahead). Basically, here are the key issues: — They didn’t get the job done on time(nearly 1 week late which meant we had moved our stuff in, but had to find other accommodation for that week). Job ended up taking 4 days; 1 day for delivery /prep, 2 days for install and 1 day for baseboards. And that included 2 days where I sent 2 guys from my company to help, otherwise it would have taken longer. The reason it took longer is 2 of those days, no one showed up for the job, every day day had different people there and 2 of the crews showed up without the right tools to do the job(i.e. small hammer to break up tile and remove glue?); — Job was not quite finished; floor was installed, but baseboards were 95% done with caulking unfinished and nails sticking out of baseboards, doors and appliances were not reinstalled or put back, and place was not cleaned of installation debris; and — Our condo was a disaster; laminate dust everywhere(cut inside & did not cover anything), wrecked 50% of our walls & destroyed 3 door frames. I didn’t bother having them fix anything as it was easier to have someone else do it, but our entire place had to be repainted given the walls and the laminate dust did not come off the satin paint finish we had done. The most frustrating part was I could not get a straight answer out of them once the installation started, and the office /store staff was consistently unprofessional in handling the issue(especially Ruth). However, I’ll give props to Joe, the supervisor who was actually very honest with the whole situation, and really helped out with the baseboard situation. They never admitted it, but what I believe happened is they took on way too many jobs and didn’t have the teams to support it(reason for not showing up and different crews every day). Hence my first comment about them not being a bad company, but«buyer beware» as ultimately as a business, it’s our job to make sure the customer gets what they paid for and when it was committed to. got there in the end, but the process was bad. To end on a positive note, they have a really good selection of products and their prices are fairly competitive. While not the best workmanship I have seen, the floor turned out nice and am relatively happy with it.
