Some of the moistest BBQ I have ever eaten. I had the sweet sauce and enjoyed it. But they do have hot and mild sauce also. I highly recommend this place.

Good people, Good view, fresh food @ a good price. Glad I stopped off beaten path but well worth it. The lake is worth the price of admission.

What a special treat it is to visit Lakeview Boat Dock and enjoy some good BBQ. We ventured to the restaurant by boat after a fun morning on Douglas Lake. I ordered the chicken BBQ plate with slaw and beans. My husband ordered a pulled pork sandwich with slaw and fries. The sandwich was giant. Our daughter ordered the same and slaw on her sandwich. It was VERY good. They now sell soft serve ice cream and the desserts look so moist and tasty. Try it you will love it

All the meats are fall of the bone moist… perfect smoke… perfect rub… so stands on there own.
Ma and Pa… small place… main draw smoked items… really only pick up meats by the pound…
They sell out often… and I love that the smoker greets you as you pull in… the smell says it all…
Always get some when on the area… and eat till I can’t breathe… like the sweet hot sauce… only use just a little… as I said the meat is smoked to perfection…

As soon as you pull up you see the big smoker in the parking lot and the smell of smoked meat. It’s a small place and they don’t have a huge menu, but its basic bbq and all the fixings. The meat was really tender and flavorful. I had the pork and my husband had the chicken. We loved the sauces on the table and found the sweet and the hot to be packed with flavor and were actually really good when mixed together. The fried pickle spears are really good and live up to the hype. The beans and the potato salad are standard. One thing for sure is you will get a lot of food for not a lot of money. I noticed they had bundt cakes on the counter for dessert, love that you can tell they are made fresh and iced by hand. Its a very casual order-​at-​the-​counter style place, and has a warm mom and pop atmosphere.

Their food is simply awesome! The most tender pork barbeque I’ve ever eaten. Also, try the fried pickle spears! The side items are delish, and you should always save room for PIE!
Their prices are extremely reasonable and the food portions are more than enough!
We visit weekly by boat. Simply tie off at the dock and make the short trek up the hill for the best food anywhere! You can drive there, too. Lakeview Grill is at the intersection of Deep Springs Rd and Hwy 139 in Dandridge. Exit 412 off I-​40.

Fabulous real food not overpriced bland food. Loved loved loved it! Mom n pop restaurant at its best! If you are into non-​chain, and genuinely good food this is the place for you!

If you’re in the Pigeon Forge or Sevierville area on vacation, come to this restaurant! You’ll enjoy the best barbeque Tennessee has to offer, at unbeatable prices, and with a scenic view of the lake. Additionally, I highly suggest the fried pickles– they’re the best! My wife and I come here to eat at every available opportunity. Definitely a ‘hidden gem’. I go for the «Jones’ Hot» barbeque sauce.
