My daughter was seen for a few months before I was asked for previous records. In their communication, the office staff, especially the Office Manager was extremely rude, unprofessional and incompetent. When I asked them for a letter indicating my child had been sick chronically in the past four months so the school could excuse her, they gave me the run-around for days and then produced a standard letter with just dates. When I needed a pre-op appointment, they decided they were no longer going to give us appointments unless we give them our children’s charts from BIRTH! Our family has moved 4 times since my first child was born. Who has paperwork that far back? They also found out that I had gone to another practice ONCE for a check up(I was testing out pediatricians when we first moved to the area) and called me twice to threaten me that I had to use them exclusively«or else…» I would stay as far away from this practice as possible.

Dr. Sterri She is awesome, understanding and hands on! The clinic is clean, the sick kids are separated— to prevent cross contamination… Waiting area is inviting? books and Tv available— a good amount of space for the kids to walk around or crawl… Waiting time 0−5min so it is good. Great experience overall!

Have been coming here for 12+ years. Love, love, love the staff and doctors. Both Dr. Alon & Dr. Ferguson are amazing, attentive, prompt and caring. Everyone from the front desk to the triage nurses and PA’s are always willing to help. Clean, immediate and reliable !! My kids are in GREAT hands here !!

This place has a nice set up. Clean waiting area, clean exam rooms, child friendly atmosphere and friendly staff. But if you are a less than perfect parent… beware! They aren’t forgiving if you are late or miss an appointment. It doesn’t matter if your child has an issue right before you head out the door, or if you’re stuck in traffic and cannot get to the office in time. I know it’s important to call ahead of time and cancel… it’s also pretty important to make all your appointments. But what about the times when«life» happens and you just can’t make it? Thumbs down for this facility. IMHO they have grown too big too fast.
