Maffeis Taxi

The first time I called them it was morning. They were punctual, reasonably priced, and clean. I was considering giving them a 4 star review, however, the next time I called for their help they totally screwed me over. I was at norwalk train station heading to danbury train station and I needed them to pick me up. I called two hours in advance and they assured me that I could get a cab, and just to call 20 minutes before the train came to confirm. Called a second time to confirm and they didn’t remember me and all of their cabs were busy. If I didn’t run into friends on the train, I would of had to walk 3 miles in the snow with luggage. I get it was 10PM, but your service says ²⁴⁄₇. Unorganized, sloppy, bad English, and unprofessional. Also, the first time they gave me a ride the cabbie was on his phone yelling with a friend the entire time which is both unsafe and obnoxious. Thank you guys, for totally screwing my night over. I think I’ll be looking for another cab service. Not the foggiest of an idea how the crap shack taxi service stays in business.
