Let me say that if I could give this place negative stars I would. I seriously don’t even know where to begin. I am just finishing up a major renovation in Fairfield County and I have to say that the majority of my headaches were with Klaffs. I spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and had nothing but problems. From the plumbing fixtures to the tile it all was a nightmare. If one is paying top dollar one should expect top service. Not the case here. The plumbing department wanted to charge me more than the original quote. After sorting that out (which took forever) the very same plumbing department «forgot» to order important fixtures that took over two months to get shipped from England. In addition, items arrived broken which needed to get reordered. For my kitchen tile order… what a nightmare. I had to get all over my sales person to get the special order tile ordered. Not to mention that it took over 1 month for her to get me a price quote. Finally, after the tile was delivered to the «artist» for painting it arrived broken. Tile had to get remade and shipped to the west coast artist. What a nightmare. All of these issues put me back months in my renovation. The staff doesn’t seem to care one bit about this stuff. Seriously, are people really willing to open their wallets to this type of service?! Then when my tile FINALLY did arrive I had my contractors go pick it up from the Norwalk receiving location and they wouldn’t release it unless an additional amount was paid! I have no idea what that was about, but ended up having them pay for it just so that it would get released.
Bottom line is this… if you would like to get treated horribly and pay top dollar then by all means shop here. If you want good service and reasonable prices then go elsewhere.

Really nice products and service. A litle expensive depending on what you are looking for, but in many cases it’s worth it. Worth a visit if you are local.
