I’ve tried this dunkin several times. Unfortunately they always get my order wrong. Find another DD, this one is not worth your time.

Everyone knows the product lineup at Dunkin Donuts and what you can expect. This Dunkin Donuts is consistent in providing the same quality of product each time. Where the variable comes in is the quality of service and efficiency. Visit this establishment between 7 am and 1 pm Monday through Friday and you will be in and out courtesy of the A team. If you visit anytime on a weekend make sure you’ve done all of your timely errands prior to swinging through the drive thru as the D team will likely be guarding the coolata makers.

Solid D&D. Came here for a breakfast coffee, and a lunch over the span of a couple days. The lines aren’t that crazy or long in the morning in the drive-​thru, and the cashiers are friendly and funny. The coffee isn’t as hot as SB’s, but that is a DD problem, not a Danbury DD problem.

I’ve totally grown out of Dunkin Donuts as a franchise, but if I’m in need of an iced coffee and they’re the only establishment that serves a mediocre cup of java on my drive, I’ll usually bite. This location is really one of the only ones I recommend in the Danbury area because of how great the staff is. I always end up getting the manager when I stop in and he’s always super friendly and gets my order right 100% of the time.
Other than that, it’s just like any other Dunkin Donuts. Don’t misjudge me either, the 3-​star rating is purely because of Dunkin as a company, the staff at this specific place is top notch. If you like what they have to offer, feel free to pop in.
