Danbury Overhead Door installed my door and has serviced me before. Recently one of my springs broke which is pretty standard. They knew what kind of door I had. They knew where I lived. They knew what work I needed done. They quoted me $ 150. They came that day as promised and fixed it quickly. So I am happy with their service. However the bill was $ 200. I had called another company and they quoted me $ 200 but I went with Overhead door since they quoted me $ 150. I think the work was good but I think they should have quoted me accurately since they had all of the information.

Danbury Overhead door is great. They have replaced my garage door, my fathers, my aunts and my mothers garage door which they did a excellent job and the doors look and work amazing. They even advised me to use my old garage door opener till it died, which i got another 2 years out of it. I called them for a new opener when the old one died and got an amazing lift master belt driven with the internet gateway for a great price. They ordered and installed it fast and I have never been happier. I recommend them to anyone I know/​see with a old door and/​or opener.

The installers at Danbury Overhead Door are about as good as it gets. I recently had Danbury and another local company come to give me quotes, the other company looked at the job, said they couldn’t do it, and told me that Danbury Overhead could and that I should go with them.

Very slow in response time after signed contract and acceptance of deposit. Over a month after initial projected start date and still no start date. Slow in responding to phone calls.
