A surprisingly pleasant stay for a good value. Options were limited on short notice for a stay in the Danbury area, so I chose this Best Value Inn. From the outside, it looks like an older place, but the rooms are very modern. I did not expect it to be so nice inside. In fact, the bed was very comfortable, there was a large flat-screen TV and plenty of amenities were included.(Fridge, microwave, hair dryer) A few minor things that I was not impressed by: The woman at the desk was short in tone, but then again it was midnight, so I’ll give her a pass. She seemed very skeptical that I had pre-booked the room online, but as soon as she got over that fact, things were fine. Parking is quite limited and the setup is strange. Parking for the building down the hill consists of like three or four slanted spots. Four spaces for at least twice as many rooms? Finally, I was hoping to find a laundry facility on site, but that was one of the few things they did not have. Overall, I would recommend this inn, as it holds true to it’s name and is a good value.
