I love their water here at the Waterhouse and was trying to do the challenge of doing a gallon a day. The only problem is I never know if they will actually be there even when they are supposed to be open. I know they are working on this problem so I will update my review when I see it change. This shop is extremely fun to look around in with all their different spices and teas. They also offer cool bottles and containers for you to purchase and fill up their. I believe for each gallon its $ 3 and they also clean your container before refilling it for you. My only complaint is they seem to not really ever be open so make sure to call ahead! Other then that the water is delicious…
Sadly, they last 4 times I have stopped by there hasn’t been anyone. I even tried to call a few times and write them with no response. Hopefully things are improved.

It’s difficult giving this place 2 stars because the staff are super friendly and the water is great BUT they’re undependable. The hours are clearly posted on the website and on their window, however; I’ve been here on numerous occasions come to find out the store is closed early or isn’t open at the time posted. I understand this is a family business and sometimes things come up but they should have some consideration for their customers. The employees can maybe leave a note on the door apologizing for the inconvenience and time/day of next return. Pls improve on this. I’d hate to find another place to get water.

I am quite into (life passion) water and this is literally the best water I’ve had on all fronts– you will have so much energy, mental and emotional clarity, and overall boosted vibration and health! It tastes so amazing as well and features black tourmaline as part of the filtration process! I also love the OG herb selection and crystals they carry. The woman who works here is super knowledgable, passionate and helpful, just a delight to visit this store whenever I’m in so cal! (I’m actually excited to drink this water right now! Lol) just had to write a review to encourage everyone to go fill up your 5+ gallon glass jugs w this magical healing power water. A prime method for raising your vibration (energy, mood, creativity) v quickly!

The Waterhouse is an excellent source for great tasting high PH water. Corey is very knowlageable about water and will show you everything you need to know about our local water and what the advantages to drinking clean high ph H20 ! Corey is also an excellent Herbalist and can help you with natural remiedies to most ailments with her wide vat=rity of trace minerals and Herbs. Corey has been very helpful with our clients who are looking for natural solutions for their medicanal needs. If i could I would give The Waterhouse 6 stars ! Corey has helped improve the quality of life for many of my clients. !

I was introduced to Waterhouse through a friend who is a health fanatic. I dropped by and Corey gave me a good overview of what the benefits of alkaline water are. I gotta say after drinking it for a week I felt way better. One tip: I’d always suggest dropping by in the early afternoon as a few times I’ve tried to go by in the morning and they aren’t there. Great water, great place!

I stopped using this company. Last week went on two different days during business hours and the the OPEN sign was on in the window but the front door was locked. No note on door. Another customer drove up while i was waiting and said he also has had «No Show» problems with the business.

This place is an awesome find! All kinds of alkaline water bottles, large and small, dried herbs, tea blends, oil blends, crystals, you name it! great prices too. I just visited this place for the first time and I can’t wait to go back and stock up on some alkaline water for my house :)
