Absolutely the best location … Unfortunately the staff us not very well trained… The service is very very slow. It is obvious that a manager is not present. We ordered drinks and after more than 20 minutes, Drinks for 2 of us arrived and the wait for a beer was another 10 minutes.

I love the vibe at the lobby lounge. It’s such a great place to enjoy the sun and a drink with some friends. Megan is my favorite bartender in the OC! She always comes by with a smile and relaxed attitude to say hello. She is always such a pleasant and authentic person who will help you rid yourself of any stress you brought along. Just what you would expect at a St. Regis. I would like to see some better food items there than what is offered but overall this is definitely a place to go that you might not normally think of. You won’t find this view at many other places in DP. I will go back again and again!

Perfect dirty martini with blue cheese olives and hands down the most delicious free «bar» snacks (nuts and stuff) that I could seriously just fill up off of that and be good to go!

We got to the hotel pretty late on ThursdayJune 4, 2015 had the Kobe burgers and a bottle of champagne out by the fire pit. The service was fantastic. Then we went into the lounge listened to music and sat at the bar. Brittney our bartender was exceptional. She makes a spicy skinny margarita to die for. Thanks for a fantastic day

Been craving for a Diet Coke for a couple of hours. Had a conference at the hotel and they only offered water. I went to this bar, ordered the Diet Coke. When I got the bill I told myself that this is the best Diet coke I’ve ever had in my life for six dollars. I gave the waiter $ 10, he said he will be be back with my change. 15 minutes later the waiter no where to be found and I had to leave so he got nice tip. Next time if I am craving for a Diet Coke while at a fancy hotel, I’ll just to chew a stick of gum.

2 nights in a row 30 min. for appetizers. Drinks always inconsistent. Even the waiter was embarrassed each time. Go to the Montage if you want a fancy hotel bar with service. Doubletree has better service at the bar.

For a casual place at the St. Regis this is a place that is pretty good and kid friendly. It has a huge DLP on the wall with HD and most of the times sports. They have nice couches and the food is ok. If you are thinking of coming here to spend less money on food than the other places at St. Regis… don’t. The prices are similar with less selection. It is perfect for the kids that can’t sit still and want to munch on some snacks while the parents have some stiff drinks.

A typical hotel bar and lounge with nice comfortable seating near the fireplace and great views of the ocean. They had a jazz band on Saturday night /www.yelp.com/biz_photos/GLMeA7pzqVAmo9AiEtgHvg?select=xI_IeVoVXLcXv77Yt7mY9g and they delayed them starting so everyone could watch the Laker game on the pull down screen… very cool!
