I have nothing but exceptional things to say about this studio, it’s creator, and all the instructors. I’ve taken classes from Elsa, Bree, Jay, Jacob and Nicole and have loved every single one. They each have a different style of teaching but I always leave feeling so much better. Jay’s Sunday evening restorative class is my hands down favorite– since going to this studio I have enjoyed it so much I am now looking into doing teacher training myself so I can deepen my practice. Love what you guys do and the way you do it! Keep it up Namaste
