Sick cats and kittens in FILTHYDEPLORABLECONDITIONS. After losing her beloved Persian cat my twin sister decided to purchase another one a few years later. She contacted Nina Papageorge’s, the owner of AgapePersian Cattery, which I found for her through a Google Search. The breeder had a new litter and our entire family went with her as she paid her deposit on a female kitten who was 10 days old at the time. The contract guarantees a healthy cat. My sister, myself and my daughter visited the kitten on a regular basis to bond. When the kitten reached 7 weeks old Nina called my twin asking her to pick her up early for some reason, which was a surprise as she was supposed to pick her up when the kitten reached 12 weeks old. When we arrived my sister paid the balance and was assured that the kitten had had her shots, was perfectly healthy and ready to go. ALLOFTHISWAS A LIE. Although the contract specified a healthy cat, this kitten was riddled with ringworm and had a severe eye infection. I’m not surprised as the kitchen and den area(which we only saw when we picked the kitten up) was full of FILTHYPENS and the litter boxes were full of feces. THECONDITIONSWEREDEPLORABLE. In the first three months of caring for this kitten my sister spent $ 765.96 on vet bills. She had to bathe her kitten 3 times a week in a medicated solution, plus give her eye ointment 4 times a day, as well as oral medication plus apply ointment for the ringworm. THEKITTENHADNOTHADANYIMMUNIZATIONS and the guarantee for a healthy kitten WAS A TOTALLIE. Under those filthy conditions it would be surprising if any cat could come out of there in good health.
