Global Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning

We are so happy we chose to go with Global Comfort. Joe’s approach and expertise sold us on going with him. I even cancelled two appointments I had already set up with other companies. We felt very comfortabe and at ease knowing we hired the right proffesionals to replace our aged furnace plus the house is for sale and the old one will never have passed inspection. I was prepared to replace the entire system including the heat pump. Joe was very honest and upfront about what needed to be done and suggested that I only replace the furnace. The installion was scheduled within a week. They arrived on time, installed the new system along with making a few modification, Cleaned up after themselves and never asked for any extra money as the job took longer than expected. I highly recommend using them for all of your heating and cooling needs. A++++ all the way. I will be using Joe again when we settle on a new house soon.

I had to call Joe today because our air conditioner was not cooling our house down, despite running for hours on end. He told me to shut it off and he was here within a half hour. I was QUITE impressed and very thankful (as I had a sick/​fussy toddler running a fever). Joe had our A/​C unit back up and running and cooling our house down within the hour. He explained in detail the things that were wrong, what he did to fix them, and things to help make it run more efficiently. I’m very impressed and will tell everyone I know about him.

After using Global Comfort’s services twice within a one-​month period, I’m glad to have such a competent and caring HVAC concern right around the corner.
When our A/​C decided to go on strike on one of the hottest days of the year, Joe was on-​site the same day, and had our unit diagnosed, repaired, and the temperature plummeting in the house within an hour of his arrival.
Two weeks later during an «encore performance» the unit once again needed repair, although this time, it was a much more costly affair, due to part costs, and the sheer labor necessary to install them.
Joe worked us into his busy schedule, and had our issue resolved once more. He took the time to explain what was wrong, and the remedy required, and his job came out significantly under his original quote, as well as beating quotes from several other companies.
The work he performed was top notch, his personality is relaxed and caring, and THIS customer and his family feel confident recommending Global Comfort for ANY HVAC related needs.
I wish there were more than five stars I could allot Joe and his team at Global Comfort, alas, five will have to suffice. I also wish there were more contractors like Joe, more companies like his, who deal in honesty, and bring experience and a strong ethical sense to the table.
(I don’t often write reviews, although I felt like I had to let folks know, I know how helpless a broken A/​C can make you feel, especially for the mechanically inclined… I’m also quite the skeptic, so it took a lot to impress me, hence this novella of a review. Cheers! –R)

They have serviced our air conditioning system for the past 2 years and they are great. This year our air conditioning unit stopped working. I called them at 8:20AM on Saturday. Joe stopped at the house on the way back from another job and started work on our unit at 9:35AM. It was a bad capacitor and our air conditioning unit was up and running by 10:10AM. This is what I call excellent service. We use them for all of our Heating and Air Conditioning problems and is highly recommended, A special thanks to Joe.

Great service! Joe from Global Comfort arrived at my house 1.5 hours after I first contacted him. It was great to have my AC fixed the same day. He was very professional and really nice. I am definitely going to call him again if I have any problems in the future and I will be recommending him to family and friends.
