The lady is nice and she did a good job dry cleaning my Moms outfit. My Mom passed away Feb. 26,2015, she had an outfit she wanted to wear for her funeral as a last wish. But the dress is stained, dingy and smells for it was stored for more than 15 years. The dress came out good as new! And she did all this for a short time and didn’t charge me a fortune! Will be coming back here for more dry cleaning and alterations.

I was looking for a place in the area for dry cleaning and an alteration and came across this place. I was hoping I could drop off my clothes on my way to work, but that did’t happen. Lady at the counter was so rude! I needed a button sewed on a coat and my work uniform hemmed. The rude lady started of my insulting my coat and saying it was dirty and long overdue for dry cleaning. DUH! that’s why I’m here right?! I then requested to have my uniform hemmed as it is too long and scrunches up in the front. She said hemming the dress wouldn’t help with the scrunching because of how the dress was cut. I explained to her how some of my coworkers had hemmed theirs and it helped with the scrunching. She still insisted that it would not help. Either way I wanted it hemmed because it was too long! She then asked by what day I needed the items returned. I said by end of day Tuesday (it was Friday then) and she says she can’t have it done by then because she has bridesmaids dresses she needs done by wednesday. I would have understood until she said that she puts her old customers first before new ones. what?!! OK. Good luck at getting any new business lady! Hope your regular customers are paying you extra. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I’ve experienced lukewarm customer service here. I brought a silk jersey dolman top before. When I got it back it was streched out to the size of a silk jersey dolman gown. I wasn’t very happy because it was something I spent more than the usual amount of money I spend on clothing. I have brought suits and other clothing and they seemed fine. I may come here for regular clothing pieces but definately wouldn’t bring jerseys here.

i’ve passed by this place loads of times, and only used their services this past month. my usual dry cleaners seemed to be out of business because when i drove by all the windows were covered with white paper. shame.
twin cleaners were able to get a suit cleaned and pressed in a days notice. i’ve dropped off a couple pairs of pants to be hemmed, and i’m quite pleased with the $ 8.50 fee. i’ve paid $ 12, and at times even more for alterations. this price is a steal.
