I’ve been here a couple of times and it’s never a disappointment! This time I had the Dungeness Crab Sensation. Let’s just say there’s flavor in every bite. How about that crunch though? Amazing! I love that crunch of the bread and the amount of crab that’s all mixed together. I can’t complain. Great ambiance and they have some great music playing, thank you for your amazing choice in REAL hip hop/r&b music. The hospitality is great and awesome people. The actual shop sits approximately 10. The sisig surprise sandwhich is delish, sweet roll crunch toasted to perfection.

Ok don’t get me wrong the food here is really good but I swear the sandwich I got a couple months ago wasn’t as small as the one I got yesterday. I got the Kalua pork sandwich and it was literally the smallest sandwich I have ever seen! It was so flat and one half was smaller than my iPhone 6! It was cut really unevenly and the other half was smaller than my palm. I don’t think I’ll ever eat here again with these small portions and it’s defiantly not worth the $ 10.

I came here to get a bite in before my class started at 6PM. I got the Junior pork sisig fries and a bistek sibuyas. All I can say is, wow. I wish I got the normal sized fries because my mouth is still watering for those. The bistek sibuyas sandwich was alright. It just felt really heavy with the cheese, meat, and fries. I wish there was more of the calamansi flavor. It needed the acidity to cut through the richness and heaviness of the whole sandwich. BUTTHEPORKSISIGFRIES!!! I’ve got to say, ONEOFTHEBEST sisig fries I’ve had. The fried garlic was a perfect balance to all the richness going on. The different sauces complimented each other and the fries were cripsy under all that sauce!!! The pork sisig was also VERYFLAVORFUL and not overcooked at all. I’m going to bring my friends here for the fries next time!

Well, this place doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it has some pretty darn good food! The Sisig French Fries Were awesome. So flavorful! Definitely very high in calories, but hey, sometime you gotta go for it! My husband’s Sisig sandwich was spot on. My sandwich which I don’t remember the name of — I think it was a melt — was a little dry. Main point is their Sisig sauce is amazing. It’s small — I think only 3 tables inside? And they clearly make it when you order, so it takes a little while to come out!

The food here is absolutely delicious! First time here and we were so satisfied with food and service! Highly recommended to try if you’re in the area! They have many different sandwiches and fries! We ordered their Sisig surprise and it was very good a lot of flavor and the bread was so good! If you don’t like jalapeños I would suggest you order it without it but it’s not spicy at all! No complaints with the Sisig fries we ordered as well! Eating area is not very big but great music and TV with the game on! Great customer service! Price is decent we spent $ 20 for a sandwich and fries that my husband and I shared! Just go try it!

The food is great and I love the people who work there. My daughter and her boyfriend are regulars and they come in before most GS Warriors games to get some game food. The staff is very personable, they remember us, and they even try to guess our order. They are great people. The customer service is great even when they are the last ones there. They will be back very soon! Toast has a TV and plays any local games and they have a few tables. They are kind of hard to notice from the parking lot, but they are worth looking for! I recommend the Sisig fries and/or the Sisig Surprise and/or the Sisig Melt. It is all very yummy and comes with lots of flavor(egg, jalapenos, onions, garlic, hitter sauce!). The crab melt was good, but not as flavorful as the other options.

This was my first time here and let me say, they won me over almost instantly! I called about 5 – 10 minutes before closing and they took my order, no complains at all! Now that is some great customer service! …Walk in 10 mins later, grab my sandwich, and get into my car to go home but I just couldn’t want, I took a bit and was like, whoa this is great! The Dungeness crab sandwich is seriously so simple yet amazing! 1 sandwich may not be enough(in a good way)! But I would have to say, there is room for improvement with the side of fries. Will definitely be returning… maybe it not a good idea I discovered this place(YIKES)

What a treat it is to eat here! Super delicious sandwiches with a Filipino twist! We’ve been here enough times to have tried half of the menu and is excited to try more! Their sisig fries is sooo good. What a good invention. I haven’t been anywhere like Toast. Toast is definitely one of a kind. The name doesn’t scream Filipino but that’s what their food is about. I wish there were more sandwich joints like Toast. I am glad it’s located in a plaza where there is parking. It’s a small shop so there’s only a few tables. Luckily we were able to get a table those few times we were here. I initially thought it was cash only because I swear I saw it somewhere but I believe they take Visa and MasterCard too. So the food is good. The food is solid. I got the $ 14.99 lobster roll(special of the day) but there wasn’t much lobster to be honest so I think I will skip on that next time. That’s something I’ve seen sell out and they’ve erased from the board so that’s why I ordered it the next time I was there. There isn’t much good of drink selections here. We always end up getting the Orange soda that comes in a blue bottle but it has high fructose corn syrup and it’s $ 2. One con is the worker gave me hella attitude when he thought I said I wanted sisig fries again. I said«sisig SURPRISE». No need for attitude if you misheard me jeeze. I am scared of that guy. Another con is that I got charged $ 0.10 for a bag when I didn’t even say I wanted a bag. Well if I’m ordering to go I better get a bag. Plus restaurants are exempted from that $ 0.10 city ordinance bag deal. Restaurants aren’t suppose to charge $ 0.10. Look it up. Never have I went to a restaurant where they charge me $ 0.10. Anyways so that’s why 4 stars and not 5 stars. The attitude and the bag fee I didn’t ask for nor was there any signs posted about the bag fee. I hope the next time I come here there is no charge on bags. Lemme know if that’s been changed. The sandwiches are kinda expensive so that’s why we only come here once in a while for a treat. We are definitely fans though, we really enjoy the food! Delicious sandwiches and sisig fries!

My first visit here at Toast Deli, the wait was forever. Luckily we came in with just two peoplehere but right after we ordered our food a line formed. The wait took a mere 20 minutes for a sandwich and fries. My second visit here was better. We went here when there was no one there, got my order fast food was delic! And the people who work there are soo laid back feels like home! This place is right next to the bowling alley its hard to miss, Ive been going around this area since I was a child and its only now that I got to try this. Next time I want to try the sisig sandwich with EGG

I have been here 3 times and every time I come here it is BOMB! Ordered my sisig fries and adobo sandwich and was overjoyed. Came in on a day in which there was no line and I did not have to wait too long. For realz though, the fries were off the chain!!! They know how to make some really awesome fries. If you LOVESISIG then you will ROCKYOURWORLD! The adobo sandwich was just as BLAZING good as the fries! I just don’t see anyway you could come here and leave disappointed. They know how to make a CRACKIN meal!

I’ve had this place bookmarked for a while now and was excited to finally get to try it. It definitely did not disappoint! The highlight for me = Sisig Fries. You know how sometimes the first bite of something is delicious but your taste buds get a little jaded with every subsequent bite? Not so with the Sisig Fries! Topped with pork or chicken sisig, cheese, fried garlic, onions, jalapenos, a fried egg(LOVED this), and their hitter sauce, the bold flavors of every bite had me wanting more. We also ordered the Pulled Pork Adobo Loko Loko and Sisig Surprise sandwiches. Both were very good, but I have to admit that I was too busy eating the fries and had my husband eat the sandwiches. He was a big fan! Again the fried egg on top of each was a fantastic touch. As others have pointed out, though there is a parking lot, this is a very crowded shopping center. Better to park on the street and walk a little rather than get stuck behind the multitudes of cars waiting for a spot.

Good. I mean, really good if you have a hangover, probably. I, fortunately, did not. So I just felt greasy and guilty in a bad way after my meal here. But if you’re okay with that guilt, then you must get the fries! The adobo sammy was bomb as well. Just reallllly greasy. Listen, I’m not a calorie counter by any means… but damn, even my bf agrees and he would eat pizza every meal of every day if he could! Bottom line: If I’m having a hard time deciding if the calories were worth it, they probably weren’t.

Have you ever had Carne Asada fries? … Yeah, this is 7x better. If you’re a Filipino soul but a different ethnicity, this is for you… Hahaha. I have ordered the sisig fries, and the sisig surprise. Both are made to perfection. And when I mean perfection I mean, perfect amount of onions, sauce, egg, and most of all pork sisig. It sounds easy to make at home but considering how much it would cost here vs. how much you would have to buy including labor… LAZY! Aka me. The prices can be a little steep but as a family owned business I’m willing to help anytime! Definitely delicious with a 40 oz… Ha hahaahahah or a mimosa. The only con is how small they are inside, you can almost hardly find it. And all the sucky drivers in the parking lot. Going wrong ways and shi. Lol!

Came by with a really good friend of mine who just happened to live less than 5 minutes from Toast! The place itself is small and as of 9÷17÷2015 the parking lot is being redone or something. I got the Sisig Surprise with pork sisig. Delicious, salty enough to my liking(or in other words, seasoned well), and a good combination of flavors. The sisig itself was pretty good. The sweet roll tasted even better from soaking up the sisig juices and the Hitter sauce. There were also sliced jalapeños that added a nice, and subtle spice to all of it. My friend got the sisig fries. It was pretty identical to the sandwich, but just in a different form! The entire ensemble combined with the crispiness of the fries is a perfect match. I would definitely love to come back and try some of the other items.

Toast Deli has some of the best sandwhiches I have tried on the Penninsula. I’ve tried the Sisig Melt, the Pork Kalua and Sisig Fries here, and can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. Personally, I’m not a big potato person so I didn’t think much of the friends, but I felt the sandwhiches were really well put together. When I think of a good sandwhich, I think of three parts(1) meat/veggies,(2) sauce and(3) Bread. I feel like a lot of places focus on the first two parts of the sandwhich and don’t give a whole lot of thought to bread. If you talk to the owners and employees, you can definitely tell that they put a lot of thought into all three parts. I recall the sisig melt having an interesting cross between a French Roll and Sourdough Bread. Hint: The restaurant/shop is located in a shopping center that gets really packed, but parking can usually be found on the streets!

BRB. Still dreaming of the Sisig Surprise. Tucked away right next to Classic Bowl is a hidden gem! TOAST, where have you been all my life? The entrance is kind of hidden and the place itself can easily be missed(you’ll know what I mean). I’ve been to Classic Bowl countless times the past 5 years and I have never noticed it. haha. The Sisig Surprise is a sandwich packed with perfectly cooked, tender, and juicy chicken with jalapeños, onions, yolky eggs, and hitter sauce. The jalapeños gave it a good kick. I was not expecting too much, but damn, I was impressed. The sandwich itself was so juicy, I made a huge mess haha. Don’t forget napkins, cause you’ll definitely need it. I wish they closed later! It would be the perfect munchie especially after late night bowling at Classics.

YUUUMMMM!!! I’ve only had Toast Deli twice and both times I tried the sisig surprise, which is basically sisig heaven in a sandwich!!! It has a huge portion of your choice of pork or chicken sisig, jalapenos, diced onions, 2 over easy eggs, and hitter sauce, which is delicious!!! The sweet roll was toasted nicely, but not too much to the point where the roof of your mouth gets cut up(like dutch crunch haha). The sandwich is huge and after finishing the whole thing, I was pretty bloated but definitely satisfied! Unfortunately one time I got the sandwich and one half of it had an over easy egg, but the other half had an over hard egg! The yolk was cooked through all the way and while this was way neater(didn’t have hella yolk gushing out haha) i’d rather have it over easy. I can’t wait to come back and try the sisig fries and the lobster or crab sandwich! One day eventually when I am willing to venture to Daly City… Haha!

I love the idea of Sisig on sandwiches and fries. Toast Deli has a creative approach to Filipino Fusion. I’ve been here twice and had the Pork Sisig Surprise, as well as the lobster roll. They’re both very flavorful and delicious. Too bad they only have the lobster and crab rolls on the weekends. Better get there early because they run out :’(My boyfriend always orders the Sisig fries, and I never forget to take a few bites of his food. :) Toast Deli is located inside a very very busy asian plaza, where small driving accidents are bound to happen. Drive safely, and enjoy your meal!
