Doc. Nguyen is the greatest!
I’ve had her as my optometrist since i was fairly young. She is so sweet and knows how to take care of her patients. As for her staff, they’re just as sweet. Even the lady the in the corner who helps out with glasses cracks a random joke from time to time. Her staff in the waiting area, I’ve known and recognized for a while too, they are always on point and caring, and definitely understanding when it comes to you being late or even rescheduling. I highly recommend this MD to whoever needs an optometrist Dr. Nguyen is the one. They know how to take care of their patients before and after. I guess some people complain about the wait, but it is a doctors office and there is other patients as well, and you want to be fixed up carefully and smoothly right? So the wait is all worth it. I’ve said all i could, they get the job done and keep you smiling once you leave.

Not great — but they got the job done… I hope.
The equipment does look old. The staff was courteous, but I sat and waited a good 15 more minutes to see the dr after my eyes were dilated… and the worst part — they seat you next to a very large sunny window. DUMB for a person with dilated eyes.
I’ll def go someplace else next.

The office is located in the Seton Medical building. Nice office but some of the equipment looked a little dated. The staff was very courteous. Dr. Nguyen was very nice and she took her time with me.
The negatives about this office is that I waited for the doctor to see me for a good half hour… in the dark. Kind of relaxing but, I had work! Also, they didn’t advise me or give me any protective gear for my dilated pupils before I left the office. It was my first time getting my eyes checked and I didn’t know it would hurt that much to drive!
Overall, my experience with Dr. Nguyen was good, but I think a little bit more attention by the staff woul’dve made the experience better.
