Maybe I came in at a good time when there’s no long lines and hence service was really fast… But I ordered grande white mocha and got it seamlessly. The transaction took place in what feels like less than a minute! And within that minute, the baristas were able to be engaging, friendly, and personalize my drink with the proper courtesies. Great service guys!

I have been to this location numerous times while out shopping. Everytime, I’m always surprised by how un-Starbucks like the staff are. I’ve found them to have a snotty and rude demeanor. Nothing imparticular/personal just their general attitudes. I would opt for another coffee spot over this one if another was as convenient location wise.

Staff is very disorganized, not personable and forget about mobile orders because they certainly forget about checking them! I have been to this Starbucks site over 20 times, and each time I say NEVERAGAIN! This time it’s for real. With so many other locations nearby, I’ll opt for another store, like the one at McLellan and El Camino where they are friendly, efficient and check the mobile orders.

My go to Starbucks. I never came across a day where the line had over 4 people waiting. Baristas are super friendly and seem to be having tons of fun on the clock(unlike other starbs with grumpy baristas, this one is different!)

every time I come to this location coffee is never on point. Because I work in the area I give it a shot thinking it will be different but it’s not. I was a barista for eight years I understand the process of making good coffee. When you get your drink it shouldn’t taste burnt or bitter. I’ll go to the drive through across the street. Hopefully this Starbucks can find people that can actually make coffee.

No drive-through but relatively quick service from time in line to drink in hand. Space to study/work seems relatively limited and slightly distracting due to foot traffic. My tall matcha green latte with extra scoops of matcha was tasty, though the temperature could’ve been hotter.

My friend visiting from New Orleans is a Starbucks fan. She has a favorite drink that she orders every morning back home. We came to this Starbucks after lunch Oct 25th12:45pm. She orders 4 of her special coffee the way she likes it. so we can try it. She explained to the Barista how she would like her coffee made with ice added last. I understand that 4 pumps of espresso and 3 pumps of White Mocha on ice is not on the menu but to sigh and huff and puff and give your co-worker the rolling eye is just rude while making our drinks. My poor sweet friend didn’t say or complain all about the service. I am a Starbucks fan and have my soy latte or cappuccino ever morning and this is the worse service ever !!! I will never visit this Starbucks location again.

Inefficient service, 5 baristas, only two customers, took me 10 mins to get my order of a venti iced coffee. Baristas too busy talking. This is the third time we have received bad service here. Never again. Not a way to start a Saturday morning. Baristas need to be trained on customer service and efficiency, especially Renee.

This is based on one visit, so I’m hoping this isn’t a daily occurrence, but this is what happened during my visit; I walked in and there was one person ordering so that was cool. When it was my turn to order, I asked the cashier to load a gift card and she did so. I don’t know if it’s my ex-partner blood, but I hate it when they don’t offer card holders. Anyway, I asked for one and she gave it. Ordered my drink, paid, and sat down. The guy behind me ordered his drink and two minutes later, he got it. He was a «regular» at this store apparently so they made his drink before mine. After handing off his drink, the barista started organizing all her pitchers and spoons… There I was wondering why that guy walked in after me and left swiftly, but yet I’m sitting here still waiting and watching this girl taking her time to organize… I wasn’t the best partner ever when I worked for Starbucks, but I had the decency to treat everyone fairly and respect everyone’s time rather than just the regulars. For the record, I am in fact a Starbucks regular and it sucks being treated like I matter less than the people baristas deem familiar. On the plus side, my drink is pretty good. Kinda tepid, but good nonetheless.

Once again, because of convenience, I went to get a drink for me and my dad. The drinks were perfect(we aren’t experienced coffee drinkers or anything, but they tasted good and we didn’t have problems). My chai tea latte tasted like what it should taste, with the chai flavor, and my dad’s tiramisu latte was great because it wasn’t sweet at all! It’s good considering how the other starbuck drinks can be really sweet! It was strong at a good level. The cashier was nice as well as the person who made our drinks! Coming back here again if my dad ever craves for coffee!

Came in on a Wednesday morning craving Starbucks breakfast and coffee. It wasn’t very busy and the cashier was very sweet and kind but the woman making the drinks(Angelica I think) was very rude! Not only did it take awhile to make the drinks(2 soy caramel macchiatos) but she messed up and made only one with soy. Both my boyfriend and I are lactose intolerant so this mess up was a little upsetting. I took my non soy coffee drink back to the barista and ask if she could remake the drink because I couldn’t drink milk. Not only did she ignore me the first time but tried to give me someone else’s drink. I told her it wasn’t mine then she rolled her eyes and continued making everyone else’s drink while I stood there. I ended up waiting about 10mins and still never got my drink. I went back the cashier and asked for my money back and expressed how bad her coworkers attitude was. She kindly refunded the money offered to personally remake the drink herself but I was over waiting so I just took the money. She then handed me a $ 5 gift card to use for next time. I would gladly like to give the nice cashier 5 stars but because of Angelica this location will only get 2 from me. Angelica turned what could have been a great experience into a horrible one. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Today I was not impressed. This went from a 5 star a few months ago to a 1 star. They took long to make our beverage and were not very nice. They kept putting drinks on the counter and didn’t make eye contact so no one knew who had what. I thought Starbucks used people’s names… They do not seem to care at this location. There are other Starbucks near by that I’ll try out next time.

Wow. Just got my drink after waiting for 15 minutes. It was a slow day with no one in line and 6 employees working. Must it take that long or is their conversations really that important? Not to mention when I asked for my drink after that long come to find out she made something totally different. This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve walked in ever.

You come too much when they all know your name… My beverage of choice when it’s cold is a grande quad shot americano though I prefer a cold venti iced coffee with an added shot on the warmer days. The staff members are very friendly and hasn’t messed up on my drinks till this day. Parking is never an issue and I haven’t had to wait in line for more then 10 minutes. They get all 5 stars!

Okay place. I usually end up coming here since the wait at Koi Palace takes a while. This place helps me pass time. Service here was alright when I came. Nothing really extraordinary. I ordered what I wanted, used a coupon I had, and went to wait at the end of the counter for my drink. Waited about 5 – 6 minutes maybe from the time I was done paying to the time I got my drink. Service was okay. No one was extremely nice or friendly, but they weren’t rude or grouchy either so I didn’t leave with a sad look on my face or something.

Friendly service. They gave me the 2 for 1 holiday special at 1:57pm when it started at 2pm. and I didn’t even have to ask. in fact I was completely oblivious about it. The barista was super nice. Their parking lot is a little tight when it gets busy, but plenty of parking if you are ok with walking over. I’m not always a starbucks kinda person, but when it’s not bad, I’ll take whatever I can get. Always a fan of their peppermint mocha. :) This location is also open late!

My car was getting services so I asked the shop to give me a lift to the nearest Starbucks while I waited out the work. The Serramonte location is pretty small and cramped, and not what I’d call the idea spot for getting things done. Luckily, I found a table in the corner where I could shack up for a conference call. I ordered my regular hazelnut latte which was made very quickly. Flavors were exactly what I needed to open my eyes so early in the morning and I love Starbucks for their hassle-free Internet connection. Not sure it would be my first choice for cafes especially when the team meets up, but another solid example of what all coffee shops should replicate. I love checking out with the app too, and speeds me right along for the rest of my day. Food: 7⁄10 Service: 7⁄10 Price: $ Atmosphere: 6⁄10

Strange set up that looks really dark and not built for groups who want to hang out. People who are sitting there look like they are in for the long haul and won’t give up a seat. And I wasn’t asked if I wanted my pastry nuked, because microwaved pastries are not my thing. Totally ruined it. But it looks like the people who used to hang out at the Boarders in Stonestown have a new place to study.

Almost all of the poor reviews were from the previous year. On all my visits the employees were nice and drinks consistent. Plus, this is located by a lot of stores(odd that the area has no name, so it’s not considered a shopping center). Its own parking lot is small, sure, but there are a lot of parking a few more steps away. Apparently they no longer open all day and night. I’ve always wondered why it was opened for 24 hours when there’s another not that far away. This location is easy to find and get to from 280, and due to being near that shopping area, there’s a lot of foot traffic at times. Milestone: the 3000th «Useful» vote’s review…
