Starbucks

I love this Starbucks but when they turn off their app to pre-​order when I’m 37 weeks pregnant, you bet I’m going to give them 1 star. This isn’t the first time that this Starbucks location hasn’t been open on time in the mornings. Honestly, I think it’s the new younger staff they hired who don’t seem to work when they’re on the floor that’s the problem. I only choose this Starbucks because it’s on my way to drop off my son to school. I may start going back to the Peet’s a block away from my work.

Best time to come are in the early morning like 7am or after 7pm. Anytime between is waiting in line to long than expected
Order is quick
Parking is ⁵⁰⁄₅₀. Get here early or forget it
Best to go early as you can to avoid long lines and parking

Can I just say I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The Asian Barista in the early AM hours is always on point I use to live right by this location and after my work out in the morning I would always come here for my morning Starbucks!!! They know my order before I order or even open my mouth!!! Love it!!!

Bad service: girl got sassy when told her I wanted a venti (after I said that) when she stared writing on a grande. Giving me eye rolls… I don’t have time for that.
Time: maybe cuz the cashier was mad I corrected her but everyone who came ten min after me got their drink
The drink: the most milked down Javi chip I’ve had. Plus no choc drizzle on my java chip? You guys stink at customer service

One of my favorite Starbucks for on the go coffee. The lines are usually really long, but the Baristas do the best they can. There’s rarely any sitting space, since most people sit there for hours on end, but it’s fine for grab-​and-​go coffee. :)

I hate writing a review based on one employee who works at this particular location. Unfortunately, it was a repetitive behavior that just didn’t fly.
Ok, yes, SBUX is busy. Yes, holiday drinks have a bunch of additional steps in making their drinks. Yes, you work there and should follow the recipe.
I was waiting for my chestnut praline latte and watched how numerous people were getting cheated of their drinks. The guy behind the bar failed to put any toppings on beverages. One customer took his drink back and asked him where the toppings were. Without any apology, the barista pulled off the top, added the drizzle, and handed the drink back to the customer. I thought… ok, maybe he’ll change his ways. NOPE. He continued to do this and even left out my praline topping on my drink.
This is incredibly frustrating as I cannot tolerate slackers and how much paying customers are dishing out for a mediocre drink. I hope that the management here will re-​evaluate their employees and their laziness and make a change. Terrible.

Ordered a venti SOY white mocha at kids temp with no foam or whip cream.. Received a grande mocha at kids temp. Had them remade it. Then I received a venti white mocha with foam, whip cream, regular temp and not soy

average… what I don’t understand is why people are using the place as a «study room»
or a place to use their lap top/​ipad. coffee shops are for enjoying your favorite beverage and talking face to face with someone! Don’t you people have a home with a table and a chair… or are you just trying so hard to look cool?

Like any Starbucks, this one tends to get busy even at random times. It’s okay if you go alone and need to grab a drink but if you want to hang out with a group I advise going somewhere else. Customer service is not that bad and they usually get my drinks right. The lines can get long but they move at a decent pace.
If you are someone who is there to study or read a book, beware that the music gets loud at times. The temperature is also quite cool so you might need to bring a sweater. Other than that, you should be fine if you are going there for the purpose of a drink.

Was on my way to a fantasy football draft when I decided to swing by and grab a cup of coffee to keep me from falling asleep in between draft picks… man o man I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I walked into this place. This place was literally like a ZOO! People were literally all over the place but the weird part was that there were only a couple of people in line waiting to order. After I ordered I realized why it was taking so long, the employees seemed like they were chickens running around with there heads cut off. The employees were nice but all of the 15 people or so waiting for there drinks weren’t too pleased. Several people that ordered after me got there drinks before I did, I guess the carmel latte I ordered was a complex order that takes longer to make. In the Future I would avoid this location for coffee if at all possible.

Lots of food options. Wifi is fast. A few community tables to sit at and one bar to sit at near the front of the store.
The people are super friendly at this location too.

I’ve been to about 43 Starbucks in my whole life and this particular location is ranked about 43^rd in customer service. The cashiers always seem grumpy here for some reason.

The customer service is very good here, but the parking is very difficult and the flow of traffic is not very organized… I always feel very crowded and cramped… I also have a hard time ever finding a place to sit — the good news is there are plenty of shops to walk around if i have a few minutes to hang out :-)!

Customer service is good. The lady at the cashier is nice and smiley. However, it comes down to the coffee. I ordered two Zebra Mocha. One taste so bland, it has too much water or too little coffee. Both lacked flavor. I noticed they’re using shortcuts and pumping too quickly, so it’s not very flavorful. I had it remade but still not good.
Go to the one in Serramonte Mall instead. They can make it really good even though they’re busy.

If I can give ½ star I would. I came here today only because I wanted an iced coffee and Philz is out of my way.
Their costumer service is very poor. Cashier lady doesn’t even smile and greet people. I didn’t get the cashiers name, but I ordered 2 iced caramel macchiato and they ended up making a hot caramel macchiato. I told them I’d pay the difference and she said its ok– I think iced macchiato was a lot more anyways, any how, the barista made my iced macchiato but she didn’t put any caramel drizzle in the bottom like they are suppose to. Eh whatever, I already waited long enough that I don’t care at this point.
Parking sucks.

Ordered an iced coffee — SO SWEET.
Tasted like I was drinking a cup of diabetes. Literally. I asked for less sweetener/​milk but it was so sweet still.
Only good thing about this Starbucks, there was no line at the time and they spelled my name correctly.

This location is close to home gets a star, has free parking in the plaza but that’s after you find one. Hunting for a seat here weekday or not is even harder than finding parking here… If you’re not gonna spend all day here it might not be worth your time to even come if you’re trying to study. If you’re just getting a drink meh… Hit or miss sometimes the line is pretty long.
Restroom seems to always be very dirty and smelly so I always try to go somewhere nearby for that instead of going here, but what can you expect at a busy 24hr location? It’s kinda like a gas station right? Rarely do u see a clean toilet. tho I gotta say seeing workers not wearing gloves to handle food is yucky. The workers at this location seem to work non stop and no chilling time. Even when they chit chat its like multitasking. working and talking at the same time. I kinda feel bad for them.
The place is remodeled with faster WiFi but it did die out sometimes and completely stops working. Hmm for better or worse Idk. The warm and cold has gotten worse for this location. By the restroom it’s like living in a freezer. Closer to that window area that faces it is even worse! But other end by the condiment stand is warmer. I’m prepared when I come here now. I heard the worker tell someone that the restroom side is cold too but warm side is always hard to get a comfy roomy seat to put a book down.
Outside with signs saying no smoking in the area people just ignore it and sitting right there smoking together stinking the whole place making people smell their 2^nd hand smoke so rude and disrespectful. harming their own bodies as well as others. nobody here tries to stop it omg.

Would have given it a much higher rating, but one of the employees here (I believe her name is Alex) is one of the rudest cashiers I’ve ever encountered.
I’ve come in here numerous times and receive nothing but bad service from her. Earlier today, she tried to have me pay before I finished ordering. Is asking me «anything else?» really that difficult? She has given me this rude glare the whole time she was taking my order, every time I’ve had to interact with her.
Unfortunately she’s rang me up the past few visits here so I had to say something at some point.
The manager should know that this kind of service is unacceptable; there are tons of other Starbucks I could visit, and I will be taking my money elsewhere until this woman is rightfully fired.
I only gave it an extra star because at least they always get the orders correct and the other employees actually know how to do their job.

BE AWARE OF THIS STARBUCKS!
1. There are 2 climate zones in this Starbucks.
a. regular temperature by the barristas.
b. freezing ice bucket in the other end.
Does management know about this huge problem. Most of us are in scarves, hoodies, etc to cover our freezing heads and faces.
Ever since the remodel, this temperature problem has occured.
2. Attitudes of some barristas.
Not smiley and courteous like most Starbucks.
Bottom line: Management needs to revisit this place!

Ugh it pains me to give Starbucks 2 stars.
But man. There’s a reason why I rarely go to this location lol.
First time, I ordered an earl gray latte sweetened with soy. I ordered a grande, so I’m at least hoping they would fill it to the top. But nOoOoOoOoOo. They fill it only half way :(. I didn’t order a tall though…
Second time, I order a iced caramel macchiato. Okay, it comes out nicely made. But when I taste it. What. Its so bland. No flavor at all?! Rarely any caramel.
Idk about you, but I wouldn’t come here much, even if its ²⁴⁄₇. Might as well go to the one over at San Bruno.
