Went in to buy a pair of shoes for my daughter who is 17 months old. Had her in a cart from Petsmart, since I needed dog food also, and upon entering Skechers, was promptly told that no carts were allowed in the store. I should have take her out and let her run wild around the store, destroying everything in sight, but hindsight is 20/​20, right? He wasn’t even nice to me about it. I’ll never step foot in this store again.

For a brand-​new store, it’s poorly designed — the only stools available to sit and
try shoes on are all the way in the back — and two were blocked by industrial
carts. Very few salespeople — they seemed nice but uninformed. I was looking
for shoes and ready to buy, but this was not the place for me.
Where is the marketing?

Went today and bought two pairs of shoes! 50% off the second pair if you buy two pairs! The store wasn’t enough staffs! Only two people working the whole entire store on a Sunday afternoon! The staff with no smile at all, looked kinda mad, not sure if he is getting pay right? My mom wanted to buy a shopping bag but she wanted to take a look of the bag first! Cashier told my mom the bag is 10 cents in an attitude seems like my mom can’t afford 10 cents for a shopping bag! When my mom told him she wants to buy 2 shopping bags because she likes the material last, we bought 2 pairs of shoes and want to buy an extra shopping bags to put the shoes in and put it in the baggage for travel. 10 cents is worth for the bags. He told my mom the bags will be soon 25 cents! I told him 25 cents still good for their bag! I am not sure if we look too cheap to buy a 10 cents or 25 cents bag? Or he is a very ” Green ” person? We are not buying the shopping bags and throw it away after one use! We needed it for reason and we are going to reuse the bags again!!!

I went to shop at the new store just to find out that they close at 8 pm. Why would they close earlier then all the other stores !! They do not have any hours posted. I really wanted to get a new pair of shoes. I was very disappointed! :P

What kind of shoe store doesn’t have the convenience of sitting down to try on shoes! That’s a must! Otherwise, small selection, but lot of good discounts right now; perfect if you’re a fan of this brand.

The store looks pretty big, but I felt there wasn’t much of a selection because there wasn’t anything that stood out. The employees here were all super nice and did assist me when I needed help. They currently have a promotion where you get 50 percent off on your second pair of shoes. Unfortunately, i wasn’t able to find a second pair that I liked. I believe if you sign up for their membership you also get an additional 20 percent off on your next purchased. I wished they had more seating here to try in shoes. A lot of people were trying it on in the hallways, which blocked the path. They have a limited seating area in the back of the store, but you just have to wait your turn. I hope to see more selections the next time I go back.
