Quintanilla Delivery

This is a very belated review, but I thought it needed to be posted. We remodeled our house in San Francisco last spring. As part of the kitchen remodel, we purchased a new 42″ Sub-​Zero fridge from BSC. We paid the store to do the installation, but on the delivery day, they said, «OK, where do we drop it off?» We were like, «Umm…we thought you were supposed to install it in the kitchen.» They said the fridge was too big to get into our house from any door, and there was nothing they could do. We crapped our pants, since the inspection day was coming soon and we had already paid thousands for this fridge.
Enter Quintanilla Delivery, whom our salesperson at BSC called to get involved. They showed up in the matter of ONE HOUR with a professional team (including the owner’s «ringer,» as the owner called him) that surveyed the house and determined there was a way to get the fridge inside via a very convoluted method around the side — so long as a crane was involved. A few days later, they took care of coordinating the crane service, and with five very large men got the 600-​pound successfully into the kitchen in spectacular fashion. (The neighbors even came out of their houses to watch.) And all at a reasonable price. Disaster averted.
These guys are amazing at difficult installations. I highly recommend them.

I have been a lurker on Unilocal for years (sorry!) but was FINALLY compelled to sign up and write my first review for Quintanilla Delivery. They did such an excellent job that they deserve all the praise and recognition I can heap on them.
They handled the removal of my old dead fridge and the installation of my shiny new SubZero fridge, and were very careful and accommodating.
Al Quintanilla came to do the site visit and managed the job himself, was so responsive, professional, and detail-​oriented. Our install was not cookie cutter, and he took the time to figure out how to do it right. Excellent service! I wholehearted recommend them!
