Very pleasant experience ! The doctor is very gentle and easy to talk to and the assistant very sweet almost family like atmosphere. They take medical patients and that is a great asset to the community!

The women at the front desk are the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever encountered! Let me state, I am the second on Unilocal to write this, and one of many to believe so. I called the office to sort out a bill that was for some reason not covered by my insurance, and she straight up was yelling at me saying that they have been doing this for over 20 years, blah blah blah. I told her that she was being rude and yelling at me, and then she hung up. Are you kidding me!!! The whole time I was talking normally and wondering why she was being so rude. I couldn’t even get in a word. I was trying to tell her that it must be a mistake, because my insurance is active. So I called my insurance and they said they paid it already!!! I called back and straightened it out saying it was their mistake! And they were still being rude! God what a freaking waste of time! It was their mistake, I didn’t even get an apology, and a huge waste of my precious time. If she can’t be nice to customers, then she should not be working there. I do not recommend this dentistry to anyone. Go somewhere else where they take your insurance. This place is not worth your time or money. I will never EVER come back or talk to this place.

I was there last week and she did a spectacular job on cleaning my teeth but the communication and compassion for patients totally sucks! We scheduled an appointment for an extraction and some fill-​ins and clearly they are to busy to answer phones or questions. She didn’t give me any info what I should do didn’t tell me not ta drive after the procedure or anything of the sort. I kinda felt like she wasn’t to fond of my color but I hope that’s not it but it didn’t feel very welcoming.

I had the worst customer service today from the front desk. So I called this morning to make an appointment for my mother however, I forget to write down the time that I was scheduled for. So when I called back to get my appointment time, a woman answered this time and she was so rude and unprofessional. She had told me if I don‘t like the customer service their I can go to another doctor. I hanged up the phone and I am defiantly going to another doctor.

She does a great job making night guards. The location is great — right next to the muni and within walking distance from Daly City bart station. Her staff however, seem to busy to talk to their clients when checking in or when clients need to ask a question.

She’s the best… doesn’t need those LCD TV on the ceiling. Speaks Tagalog for the Filipinos!
