This is a donut shop/lottery store. So the donuts are made fresh every day, and with an opening time of 5:30 am it’s definitely your early morning go to for coffee and donuts. There is limited seating inside, and it’s essentially card tables and chairs. The coffee is all old school drip, but they do have multiple options-light, dark, hazelnut, french etc. Half and half/real cream available upon request. Make no mistake that lottery tickets are about 60% percent of this business, for every person buying a donut/coffee they’ll be several people buying lottery tickets. Like many places in this little strip mall, it’s cash only.

They are making bank on lottery ticket sales. That said, their donuts are good and priced right. I asked if the maple-frosted long johns were plain or cream filled. He said they had both. I asked if the bismarck-shaped donuts had jelly. He said plain or jelly. I ordered jelly. I stood at the counter ready to pay, and things were taking some time. Then I saw that he was filling the long john and the bismarck in the back. Fresh! Delicious.

I love this donut shop. Donuts are really good and cheap. I usually come here on weekends. Donuts are very delicious. I usually get the maple bar with sprinkles. Owners are family friends. Service is really good. It’s located near walgreens. Parking is a challenge sometimes.

The lady had to card me before letting me buy a scratcher and it took her forever to calculate how old I was. Anyways, this store only carries scratchers and donuts. I bought their glazed donut and took one bite … not good. The glazed sugar seemed like it’s been sitting on the donut for longest time … all of the glazed sugar was peeling off. The donut tasted weird and it wasn’t even sweet. This is one sad store … that’s all I got to say.

first off, this family shop has the atmosphere of how every mom and pop shop should be. the service was quick and sweet getting the line moving becauseby the time i walked toward the shop, more and more people arrived ready to get their morning started. they serve a variety of food from DELICIOUS donut to a majority of winning customers(from lottery ticket to scratchers). once you walk in you can see all the winnings filling the whole wall.

Finally a donut shop with the ambiance of a divebar! I was weary of even entering due to the obvious uncleanliness, even now I can’t tell you if the place was carpeted or not. I was not greeted by the woman behind the counter because she was arguing with a customer over the validity of a lotto ticket and while i was waiting I noticed a large amount of Lottery winners posted on the wall. I started feeling lucky. Lottery is clearly the focus of this establishment. When the dust cleared the woman at the counter stood victorious as the customer limped off, head in hand. «I’ll take a sugar» I said after surveying the extremely limited selection of donuts and was acknowledged with a grunt. «One dollar«she said and taken aback, I gave it to her. It just didn’t sit right maybe I’m old but a dollar seemed like a lot for THIS shop, so i hung out for a minute looking for a price list among all the lotto advertising. There wasn’t one and she got nervous and barked at me «WHATDOYOUWANT, I GAVEYOU A NAPKIN». She wanted me out now that the deal was done. I must look like a messy eater and I’m pretty sure I got the«special price». I’d love to say the donut was terrible, but it was fresh and delicious… mmmm! I think this place allows smoking, rare nowadays!
