Horrible service from the employees at this location.
I have been here 3 times and each experience is worse than the last.
Went in on Wednesday March 18 2015 and I was looking at an iPhone 6 and asked a lady for help she looked at me as I explained what I wanted and without greeting me or saying a word she walked over to another girl who was playing on her phone and spoke to her in what I’m guessing was Chinese and then that girl came over to help.
We’ll help is stretching it. I asked about the phones and what is a good smart phone with lots of available apps and easy to use and she said there are so many of them.
I told her I didn’t want some cheap plastic garbage phone and what does she do she recommends a cheap plastic garbage lg phone.
I asked about the iPhone 6 plus and she said it ok? I asked what sizes of memory it came in and she said 16 32 and 64 lol that’s not even correct
I told her I still didn’t know if I was ready to get a phone and instead of raising an objection and trying to get my business or at least showing me the benefits of having a smart phone she said «ok have a nice day» lol what a joke this place is

We’ve been going here for ~ 10 years and they have been good! We just went in to renew our 2-​year contract yet again. They were knowledgeable, great to work with, and helped set up our phones on the spot. They courteously set up my parents phone for large font size and answered all of their questions too. Until AT&T can come up with some very good deals, then I might consider giving a 5-​star rating, but this store and service has been good so far! It’s convenient due to the shopping, dining, and shops right there to then also take care of the cell phones too.

Located in the Skyline Plaza shopping center, right next to 99 Ranch. Impact Communications is an exclusive AT&T dealer.
I shopped here instead of an AT&T retail store because this place offers substantial rebates. I got a mid-​range Samsung phone for free (plus tax), whereas I would have had to pay $ 100 at the AT&T store.
Ask for Jonathan. He is quite helpful. Besides activating your phone quickly, he will complete the rebate forms for you and he’ll even suggest some ideas to lower your monthly bill.
