Had an issue with the sprinkler system that we never used. After fiddling with the control box and looking for a shut off valve to no avail, I started looking for a plumber for a service call.
The woman who answered the phone was courteous and friendly. She told me someone should come by in 30 – 45 mins. Efrain showed up 30 minutes later. He was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Charge for the house call was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend Ideal Rooter and Plumbing!

Jorge and Efrain came over on time, asked the right questions, did a thorough exploration under my house (not easy… in fact another five star rated company in the area had to decline even bidding) and came in with the best bid.
The work they did was great. When there was a tiny pinhole leak they returned and fixed it in minutes.
I’ve since brought them back for other work because they’re creative with solutions. Highly recommended!!!

I called Ideal after waiting all day for a plumber who never showed up. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. She gave me an idea of how much my clogged drain might cost to clear and we made an appointment for 8 – 9 am the next morning. Efrain showed up at 8:15. He was professional and friendly. He looked at my problem and quoted me a price that was even less than the phone quote from the previous evening! 20 minutes later my drain was clear. I’m keeping their card and the next time I have a plumbing problem I know who to call first.
