Friendly service! Visited this location twice and I have to admit their service is remarkable. Cashier was diligent and honest (returned my cash when I accidentally paid too much) and floor staff was serviceable. Nice store layout.

House of Hoops is a branch from Foot Locker which specializes in more of the exclusive shoes. It is located in the back of the Foot Locker at Serramonte. I like House of Hoops because it seems very upscaled compared to the regular footlocker. The display is much nicer and only puts out certain shoes that you can’t find at regular retailors. Many of these shoes are different colorways of Kobe’s, Lebron’s, or KD’s. I bought my air force 180’s glow in the darks here which are really nice. Overall, it’s always great to check out this House of Hoops to see what is new and see latest shoes.

My 12 year old stood over the shoe display oohing, ahhing and drooling… if you’re into the newest, coolest basketball shoes in special colors, you’ll love the selection here. When you do find that shoe you can’t live without, do be prepared to drop some serious mooola!
We had a hard time finding the store and turns out it is part of Footlocker– in the back of the store.

NorCal’s only House of Hoops. Here’s where you’ll find PE’s (Player Exclusives) and other limited release kicks. The only drawback is since it is the ONLY House of Hoops in NorCal, be prepared to wait in long lines for certain Jordans or other limited release kicks on the launch dates!
Let’s put it this way, no one is going to go out of their way to check out a HoH (unless you’re a sneakerhead), but if you’re in the area, go check it out — especially the PE display case to the left!
Would’ve received 5 stars, but –1 star, just because I know the lines will be ridiculously long for certain releases (for example: 2009 Air Jordan XI Space Jam release).
