Big B Locksmith

My son left his car at Daly City BART and lost his keys. We did not have an extra set of keys.
I called Dan at 12:20 in the morning and woke him up. He answered the phone which I appreciated and said he could help. I asked if it would be the same price if he came out then or if there was a discount if he came out the next day. He quoted me a discount for the next day. I asked him what time and he said 3:00 and that he would call to find out specifically where the car was before he came out.
The next day, I called Dan hourly to confirm the 3:00 appointment. Each time, there was no answer and the automated answering service said that his voicemail was full and I could not leave a message.
In the hope that he would be there, my son and I went to Daly City BART at 3:00 as Dan had said. He never showed up, never called, nothing. I called Locksmith Central and they sent someone in less than an hour who took care of the problem in about 20 minutes.

I used Dan to make me an extra Smart Key for my 2011 Toyota Sienna. Spare Smart Keys are expensive from the dealer. I was able to get a small discount going through Dan’s supplier. But the biggest plus to me was the convenience of having the locksmith come to me instead of dropping off my car at the Toyota Dealer.

Dan is very professional and reliable. His work is efficient and thorough and his fees are very competitive. I’ve used Dan a few times now on various things and have found him to be a joy to work with. He is on time, honest and good at his job. Hire him!

knew i would lock myself out of the house one day & sure enough, that day is here. called around & had a good feeling w/​big b locksmith. dan came in 30 mins. & picked the lock in less than a min. i was originally quoted 114.00, but he charged me 94.00 in stead. so needless to say, i was very happy, but most of all, customer service was muched to be acknowledged. dan was very pleasant & professional.
