The Rush Fitness Complex

Get past the mall entrance and the outrageous riot of color on the inside of the facility and you’ll notice all the new equipment and the cool looking brushed stainless steel walls in this former department store space. Don’t let the frou-​frou surroundings fool you… this is a large well-​equipped facility filled with all things meathead.
Abundant bodybuilding machines, free weights and cardio equipment. It doesn’t seem like you’ll have to fight over working out in this place; but truth be told, I didn’t come during primetime. This place also has a swimming pool and large coed hot tub (people fecal mover). Locker rooms are roomy and clean.
Friendly people willing to spot you if you need one.
If I lived in Dalton… this would be the place I would train. Solid.
