Good lord man! Shouldn’t the bartender/bartendress be somewhere in the vicinity of the bar? This girl is horrible. When o sat down 3 people were waiting for drinks out of 4 people. When I left 2 out of 3 people needed drinks. Took me 10 minutes to cash out with a total of 3 people at the bar. Oh Dalton!

Simple fix — hire more people. Guests waited 15 – 20 minutes to be seated. Rolls had a hard crust… what?! Entrée and salad served together, and the entrée was over cooked. No plan to return.

This was by far the worse service I have had in a long time. My daughter ended up with no food! They messed up her food even after it took almost 30 minutes to get any food! We sent it back (they put cheese on her veggie burger)! We waited for her food but 20 minutes later everyone else was done and she still had no food!!! The waitress was rude and short. She did not clear our table once! I asked to talk to the manger who graciously offered to not charge us for my daughters food SHE NEVER RECEIVED! I ended up having the manager clear some of the table and the waitress still did not come by to finish clearing the table! I stacked up the remaining plates and just handed them to her as she tried to walk by and ignore us again! I have been on a road trip for two weeks and this is the most awful experience with food we have had! Do not waste your time, money, or taste buds, there is a Chili’s on the other side of the exit! I wish I saw that first!!!

My wife and I visited last Friday evening… sat at the bar. cozy. wife had a vodka martini and I had a gin martini… so far all was ok… we sipped on our cocktails and the restaurant had a nice buzz to it. Quite busy… I came for the Prime Rib, which was highly recommended. Ordered the one pounder with a salad. When it arrived I thought it was kinda small perhaps 12 oz or so… it was presented with the regular au jus and a beautiful horseradish sauce. This is what set this prime rib apart from all the other players… It was super tender and delicious… first time I ever had horseradish sauce and first bite, I was hooked. Just over the top… terrific. The not so small portion was plenty indeed. Overall five stars for the Prime Rib. It will no doubt be my default destination from now on. My wife had the salmon and was impressed too. Worth a visit if you are a prime rib lover like myself.

I’m a big fan of O’Charley’s. I searched for one on my way back from Atlanta, and this was the closest to where I was at the time. It had a musty smell when I walked in and was stuffy. Usually there are 2 or three people waiting to greet you. Nobody was there. I went to the restroom, and when I came back, still nobody. All I got was a salad wedge, but it took 20 minutes to get it. I will say, my salad was great. Odd side note, they have a mural painted on the wall with local things. I think Native Americans would be offended with the word «O’Charley’s» written across the native’s headdress like he was advertising them on this forehead. Weird.

As an old Bennigans fan, not many places have even tried to emulate what they offered. O’Charleys tries and does a good job. The menu it completely their own but with a very small amount of items Bennigans fans would appreciate, like creamy potato soup.
I had a French dip sandwich that was just awesome. Servers here are so nice (it is Georgia)…and prices are average. Happy hours here are great, drinks are plenty and ambiance is nice.

Spent the night in Dalton, GA and had cocktails and appetizer’s for dinner. Courtney was the bartender and she was very good. She was very attentive and made good suggestions when people were ordering. I got the steak pasta dinner to go so I could have it for lunch at the sporting event I was in the next day in Chattanooga. She made sure the kitchen staff wrapped it so it could travel well in my cooler. Overall the place was very clean, the food and staff, were very good. I would definitely stop there again.

So… the return trip from Nashville to ATL… again…needing dinner and, lo and behold, YET another O’Charley’s…
Well…this was a better choice for me than all of the other chains on this road of chains in Dalton, GA. Got my Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad… with no Blue Cheese and Low Fat Ranch on the side… and they got it perfect.
Quick service… food was right… allowing me to get on the road again in short order.

Great service. Yummy food. Excellent drinks! They have a 2 for 1 happy hour with a great variety. I tried the Cajun chicken pasta and it was very flavorful. The bread rolls are delicious! Had just enough room for a mini-brownie dessert that was warmed, topped with ice cream, and drizzled with Carmel and chocolate. It was just a mini but still sized to share!

i had dinner here twice about 5 years ago, so im not sure how it is now
but it was good then
i had some nachos or something and a chocolate cake, my friend got the ribs, i remember b/c they smelled good
the portions are good for the price and the place is nice
we went for a birthday and the service was nice, even to our big noisy group
