I have eaten at both locations (Morris St. & S Dixie Rd) and never had a bad meal. The food is always hot and the meat is always juicy and never dried out. If you’re at the Morris Street location in Dalton you have to say hello to momma Miller. And you have to try the Dragon Lady hot sauce that is home made on site. The wings are great, smoked chicken can’t be beat. The brisket is always juicy and tender with a great flavor. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Some of the best fried catfish and smoked chicken I’ve ever had. Ribs are ok, but that had more to do with my dislike of the excess vinegar in the sauce than it did in their preparation. They were obviously made well and were incredibly tender.
Will go back anytime I’m traveling that stretch of I-​75.

Another accidental discovery just off I-​75. We had the pork sandwhich, baked beans and cole slaw. Food was DELICIOUS! Staff is super friendly. Prices are reasonable. We will definitely stop back in whenever we are on this stretch of I-​75.

I’ve had miller brothers a few times and haven’t been that satisfied with it. The restaurant itself is really nice and clean, and the staff is always friendly. My only problem with this place is the food, which is a pretty important part. In my opinion, the sauce tastes a bit strange and also the meat they use just doesn’t seem to be of the best quality. I would only eat here again if I were very hungry and there wasn’t anything else.

Miller Bros is a quality BBQ joint. We always used to go out of our way to stop in for a meal on our way from Chicago to Atlanta, even if it happened to be at an odd time.
Everything I have had has been excellent, and you know it’s fresh when you see the guys out laboring over the smoker during the day.

We happened upon this place accidentally and decided to give it a try. It is in an odd location, but if they’ve got good barbeque, who cares, right? My wife and I split the half-​rack of ribs meal (adding two extra sides) and it was more than enough. What put me over the top was how clean they keep the restaurant — it was spotless and they got a 98 on the health rating.
