Cottrell Basement Waterproofing

In 2010 we had a bit if a water problem in our basement. After a large storm system came through York County we had about ½ to 1 inch of water coming up through our sump pump pit. At this time we had no sump pump, because our property sits high up in our development and we never had any water issues before. I figured it would probably drain out within the next 16 to 24 hours. I went to work the next morning and when I returned after work I noticed that the water was now 4 inches high. My wife had suggested I call Cottrell Basement Waterproofing. I given done advice to get the water out of my basement and given an appointment in 3 days for the owner Denny Cottrell, Jr. to come evaluate our situation. Denny stopped by 3 days later and looked at our basement. He stated what needed to be done and gave me a solid price and estimated time frame for the work. He also showed some examples of work he and his team had done. He also had testimonials from past customers. Everything looked in order and we obviously needed the work done. Denny stated the he two of his workers would need eight hours a day for three days to get the work done. While doing the work his workers were nothing but courteous and professional. The work was done right and done on time. I have had no water issues in my basement since. It’s been about four years since the work was done and I have nothing but good things to say about their work.
