Awful return policy, better off on line. Plus they had an Obama statue at the front door and them moved it next to the Marines. I was insulted and won’t shop there again. Also don’t lean on the glass, they will complain you are smearing it.

The staff follows you around like you are a thief. If you look at anything they start becoming very pushy. There was an older woman who was extremely pushy, Melissa, I think? Any time I paused to take a look at something she ran over and pulled it out of the case and said «let me ring you out for this.» uhmm no.
I would not go back.

I recently visited the shop for the first time. The staff were very kind, helpful, and friendly… not at all pushy, which I truly appreciate. You can tell Tom really enjoys what he does, because he is eager to show you some of his more interesting or eclectic pieces. I loved looking at the beautifully crafted clocks, and there are many! (Big and small) What I loved more was that it has much more than that. There are displays of jewelry, scarves, keepsakes, ornaments, collectibles, etc. They are all items you won’t see elsewhere. I am very happy with my clock purchase, and I am thrilled I have found a new local place to shop for gifts. I know I could easily find a gift for anyone there.
Also, just a note for those who haven’t been– they offer layaway, gift wrapping, and local delivery.

Awesome store! I love shopping there! They have beautiful clocks and a wide selection of reasonably priced giftware. The owner and staff are wonderful to work with. I appreciate shopping at a store that really cares about offering high quality products, where the staff is happy to help you find just the right product to meet your needs, regardless of your price range. I can’t recommend this store highly enough!

The owner and staff are very nice. The store is beautiful. So many beautiful clocks and gifts. They had a few estate antique clocks and pocket watches for sale. Excellent fix on a wrist watch brought in. He had it fixed in minutes and only charged a few dollars to fix while we waited. I highly recommend this store. The prices do vary due to some items being estate antiques. The price range is from moderate to high end only because he does sell Grandfather clocks too.
