I’ve worked with a lot of recruiters in the past. I get calls daily from different recruiters all over the country trying to get me to call them back. I called this company back. The girl who originally made the connection gave me more information on the phone than the usual I have a job you might be interested in voicemail. I called her back, went downtown to their office and met with three of them. They all were excited to meet me and had so many cool opportunities to show to me. I had four phone interviews with them, then two face to face, and in less than two weeks had two job offers.
