I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Brady and her office. I have been seeing Dr. Brady for over 10 years and I have recommended her to many of my friends and co-workers. Dr. Brady is also so pleasant and nice to talk to. She always has a few minutes to catch up before the exam begins. She always takes the time to find out if I have any concerns or problems and she thoroughly answers all of my questions, even when they don’t pertain specifically to women’s health issues. Everyone in Dr. Brady’s office is also very nice and helpful. There is a lab located in the building which makes it very convenient and easy to have blood work done. Furthermore, the attached free parking garage makes it very easy to get to an appointment on time. If you are looking for a new doctor, I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Brady.

As a person Dr. Brady is very kind and warm; however, her staff made my visits the worst experience I’ve ever had with a gynecologist. My first visit the receptionist announced infront of the entire waiting room what my appointment was for, which was personal at the time. While awaiting my results of my exam, I learned how hard it is to get ahold of her. I never received a phone call or results via mail; instead I received pamphlets referring to biopsies and cancerous cells. Terrified by what I received I tried desperately to get ahold of Dr. Brady. Instead I was sent to several automatic voicemails, which turned out to be for her nurses line and after 5 days I finally received a phone call from one of her nurses; still no word from the doctor. If I ever needed to speak with her I would just have to make an appointment, which had to made weeks in advance, and were very expensive. I had also been seeing her to remedy recurring bacterial infections, and have had little to no luck. After spending hundreds of dollars on appointments and various medications that didn’t work, I began to get extremely frustrated. The last time I saw her she prescribed me a medication after the appointment and days later I received a phone call saying that it actually wasn’t going to work and I needed to go purchase yet another medication, which ended up costing me more than my deductable and failed to work as well. When I finally decided to see another doctor, I asked to have my documents sent to a new office so this doctor would be able to see what she had already treated me with. Her staff REFUSED to send any of my documents until I paid an outstanding bill that I didn’t even know existed. When I called to remedy the situation, her staff member claimed that it was not because I owed money(what she had told my new doctor only moments before) yet as soon as I gave them a credit card number, she faxed the documents right over. The entire time I was with Dr. Brady’s practice I felt like they valued my payment more than my health and never brought me any satisfaction. I think Dr. Brady would have greater success with an entirely new staff and one should definitely think twice before going to see her.
