I had the dissatisfaction of working with this catering company recently. I refuse to say anything nice about them after witnessing the disrespect towards my active duty military chef brothers and sisters. The WGP lead chefs need to humble themselves and get rid of the ego! Thats no way to mentor the many junior chefs on their staff. Shame on you WGP catering!

I recently purchased a dinner for two via Wolfgang Puck catering at a Dallas event, and it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The quality and quantity of the food was not commensurate with their brand and what we were charged. I ordered the«Chino Box,» and paid $ 80. The portions were tiny(one teeny tiny salmon fillet for 2? Really? For $ 80?) The noodles were incredibly mushy(overcooked) to be inedible. Based on my experience, I will never again buy anything associated with the Wolfgang Puck brand and would advise others to beware.

Wolfgang Puck catered our wedding through the Perot Museum of Nature and Science. The head of Wolfgang Puck Catering at the Perot — Dana — was a wonder to work with. She was knowledgable and accommodating. She helped me pick out food for the tasting. We got to taste six appetizers, two salads, and three entrees. My father, step mother, husband and I got to attend the tasting. They set a small table just like it would be set for our wedding reception at the Perot — right down to all of the linens, glasses, plates and flatware. We each received a small portion for tasting, and they also brought out one big plated portion so we could see the presentation of the full meal. The food tasting was phenomenal, and we ended up selecting a salmon and a chicken dish. The day of our wedding, Dana was there to assist the museum staff in coordinating everything for the wedding. She also worked closely with out DJ and photographer to ensure our evening went smoothly — it was perfect. The Wolfgang Puck staff is worth every penny of the 25% service charge they tack on in addition to the price of food and bar. They were incredibly efficient. The food came out hot and tasted better than the day we did the tasting. I was blown away. We were approached by many of our guests throughout the evening on how excellent the food and service was for our wedding. We even received e-mails from friends and family after the wedding who can’t get over how great everything was. Their food definitely comes pricey, but it’s totally worth every penny. The service staff and coordinators for Wolfgang Puck are the best I have ever worked with(and I do event planning). Thank you to them for helping us have a perfect wedding.
