Wingstop

I don’t know why I used to break my neck over this joint. Maybe it was from eating too many Andy’s Hot Fries. I mean, this chicken is just okay, and I’m being generous with the title of «okay».
I don’t know if they get their winged from malnourished baby chicks or what, but they are so tiny and not very meaty. It doesn’t help that the chicken is fried within an inch of its life, drying them out even more. And you know, you’d think the sauce would help, but nothing helps unseasoned chicken. Later your flavors, yo! Knowing that I did not like the wings, I tried the «boneless wings» aka pieces of chicken breast. I cannot express to you how manufactured the taste is. And again, they fried it within an inch of its life. The breading was as abusive as Capt’n Crunch attacking the roof of your mouth.
What I will give them is that their fries are super delicious. I’m not sure why they are kind of sweet, but I don’t care. Give me all the ranch and all the fries. Also, the customer service is good, but that does not make up for a chicken place having bunk chicken.

The restaurant is located in a run down shopping center. Don’t let that deter you. Wingstop in Duncanville is one of the better locations to get your wing fix.
The restaurant is clean and almost always empty. The area is run down but not the restaurant. It appears people rather pick their orders up rather than dine in.
It’s pretty simple. Call ahead. Place your order. Pick your wings up. Go home and fill your stomach with savory wings!
Depending on how hungry we are our usually order includes original hot, and garlic parmesan. We order all flats instead of legs. We order the meal that comes with fries that are tossed in sugar. You can ask them to add flavor to your fries too. I just found that out.
The garlic parmesan reeks of stinky feet but that doesn’t scare me off. It’s all delicious.
We order these at least once a month and sometimes more. They’re that good!

Very disappointed and upset at the service I received tonight. I placed an order online around 8:10pm, paid online with my debit card. I received an e-​mail conformation stating my order would be ready at this location at 830pm. I went to pick order up around 835pm. The cashier inform me that the order was not made and had not even been started. Wth! Right? She said she had just printed the online order. I was extremely upset hungry and cold. One of the cashier said the order could be made in 10 minutes. No thanks! I asked for my money back. She said she had to contact her manager. She began to call the manager threw her personal cell phone. I asked why, where was the shift manager. She said she didn’t know why they where left alone. That they were so behind on orders and that had only been working there for about 3 weeks. And they were just left alone. She couldn’t refund the money back to my debit card and had her manager coached her threw the phone during the whole refund. the cashier slammed the money in my hand and said absolutely nothing! Very upset since is not the first time.

Try the Louisiana rub and the lemon pepper wings. It was to-​go order. The location was small. Staff was friendly. The order took a bit of time since they were pretty busy. I only got wings instead of ordering the combo. It was a Friday night. The wings were worth the wait though. I will have to start getting more than an order of 10 wings.

Took less than 15 min complete my order to go. I called ahead of time. I ordered the garlic parmesan chicken and fries. They have different specials during each day of the week. The wings were hot and not over cooked. The flavor was good, but not great. Seems like it was just missing a little salt for my taste, but someone else may think that the food is perfect. The texture of the meat was very good. I really did like the crisp fries. Because of the convenience to my location I will visit this place again.

The staff is very friendly. I would have given it 5 stars but the fries didn’t have that Wingstop taste (sweet and salty).
