Jim, Marvin, and crew were great! I was told I had a medium size job and they worked diligently for the 6 – 7 hours while at my house. They made sure I was completely satisfied and the rubbish was piled correctly, not blocking the sidewalk, before leaving. I appreciate the attentive customer service. It was an overall good experience and would use them again.

They did a great job. Had plenty of guys and cleaned up well. Highly recommended.

My wife and I are building a pool in the backyard and we needed a tree removed before the excavation started. The contractor had his own guy, but he never showed up. So I called Jim Chase from White Rock and asked for a rush service. They did a fantastic job.
I’ve reviewed these guys before, and it’s good to find out that they’ve kept up their good work. They sent a super courteous crew. They knocked down the tree, chopped it up and hauled it away in less than 2 hours. Then they trimmed another tree, all for less than the contractor’s guy had budgeted for just one tree.
I hope I don’t have to knock down any more trees. But f I have to do it, I’m not wasting my time with anybody else.

We had a bad experience with a prior tree company who spiked our beloved 80ft Lace Bark Elm, after they said they wouldn’t, and missed some big issues…
So, after Stormageddon 2013 a neighbor recommended we try WRTW. We were so pleased, we had them come back for a second round.
Mark came out to give our estimate. He was professional, but very friendly. The prices are competitive and fair but not the lowest in town. We found the quality and service justify the fee.
The crew is amazing! These guys have gone above and beyond each time we’ve seen them. They work very hard and communicate well with each other and with us. They explained the work they were doing, found problems and made recommendations– without being pushy. Two guys actually said «thank you for your business» and «thank you for having us back out.» When was the last time you heard stuff like that?
